I have used Accountor CPA for bookkeeping and tax services for the past several years, I am very satisfied with the services. We had a mess in our books and we needed lots of fixing and Accountor’s team did a great job organizing and classifying everything as needed, I finally understand what’s happening with my books. The staff are responsive and are always able to answer my questions.

I have hired this firm for a number of years to do my somewhat complex taxes and every year I have been treated with respect, received fully comprehensive service and the utmost professionalism. It's nice to find someone you trust when it comes to your taxes!

I wanted to come on here to say how thankful I am to this company. I used to spend weekends sorting through my expenses and imputing them into Quickbooks; it would literally take me the whole weekend just to barely catch up. I was nervous hiring a booking company at such an early stage in my business and I felt that I was concentrating on the wrong things. While I was a but hesitant to hire Accountor, it was simply a great decision. Getting my books up to date became simpler and within days, I had full statements done up for me. In addition. I was also provided with personal suggestions on how I can improve my operations. It really feels like I have a personal partner in my business as opposed to a simple service provider.I appreciate it!

Decided to charge me for services I didn't ask for or need. Despite having a contract and multiple emails proving I didn't ask for the service I was being charged for, all the owner Eric offered was a discount on my bookkeeping if I stayed LOL PLUS my bookkeeper made such a mess of my account, then the accountant used this information to do my corporate taxes-I am now paying a reputable firm to fix everything!!! Their bookkeeping staff turnover rate is ridiculous Check this out-My contract was for $300 bookkeeping- I don't have employees, I don't need payroll which they all know, as they do my books, right? For over a year I asked for invoices, proof of what I was being charged for, never received one. Now that I have cancelled my services, they cant decide what the extra $100 a month for a year was for??? My bookkeeping is supposed to be $300 a month, I guess with these guys, ya just never know. Great lesson learned here...

The staff at Accountor are super professional and honestly helped me so much! I wish I knew about them sooner, I would have always gone to them. I came across Accountor CPA from other positive Yelp reviews. Even though I met Yarik at the office during a busy time, my appointment never felt rushed. He was patient and professional, answered all of my questions, and was able to tell me at a quick glance that I still needed to send a few forms after I left. Communicating with Yarik electronically afterwards to send in the additional documents was a breeze. He responded promptly, and I was confident that my taxes would be filed with a very thorough and meticulous approach. I was right!
