This pains me as my sales experience was so great, but something is clearly not working for them with the way their service department is run. I live an hour away and drove in for my service appointment at 10. My 1 hour install ended up taking 5 hours. Then when my vehicle was finally ready the shuttle driver couldn’t come pick me up from the local mall for half an hour. Ended up paying for cab so I could get home to feed my starving baby.

Nothing new to advise for any specific visit, these guys simply do a great job in their service department time after time. Their service counter staff are extremely capable with excellent knowledge of the task to be performed. I am a long term customer that has had exceptional service at Schwab's and have been treated fairly each time. Highly recommend this dealer with little reason to go anywhere else.

Good people to deal with and the mechanics do a good job . I had my vehicle serviced at Schwab GM since 2010 I'm satisfied with their work . I highly recommend them . The parts guys Greg Jeff Jared are really good at getting your parts quick or as quick as they can be and Trevor and services efficient and quick and getting you in and out fast.
