Karen provides excellent service. She was helpful, caring and provided top notch service.We had five days to view and make a choice with respect to our 'new to us' home. Karen listened and asked pertinent questions with respect to our interests, buget, possible locations, etc. Her responses to our questions as well as her suggestions were thoughtful, revealing a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market. After we viewed a home, Karen sought feedback; the information was then used to update the list of potentials she had provided. To summarize our experience --long, intense days, the outcome, a home we like and thoroughly enjoy. Important as well it took three rather than five days.Thank you Karen.

Have nothing but praise for Karen. Long story short, we basically retired from the military in NB & moved back home last June. Due to distance, C19, etc. most every had to be done from NB. Karen made sure all the ‘is’ were dotted and ‘ts’ were crossed, and she went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly like clock work. Kudos to Karen.
