Eve Tesluk, Registered Psychotherapist

Eve has been a tremendous help for me as I navigate the challenges of young adulthood, including themes of grief and loss, depression, relationship abuse, and self-discovery. Eve's practice is client-centred, meaning that she is open, empathetic, and makes an effort to form a genuine therapeutic bond with each of her clients. I like that she encourages me to take charge of my journey - I can choose if we talk, or do art, or both. She has introduced me to a variety of art mediums, including paint, pastels, clay, pencils, and more. I appreciate being able to express myself visually when words seem to fail me. I highly recommend Eve Tesluk to anyone seeking a therapist, or just someone to talk to (whether artistically inclined or not).
