Wascana Park Estates

Poor customer service. Staff members from the leasing office never miss a chance to disrespect the customers. They even do not listen what you are saying, they just hung the phone while you are talking. Due to mice in the house, we had such a horrible experience of six months. We were unable to use the lower drawers in the kitchen for six months. Will never recommend Boardwalk rentals.

I lived here and moved out tried to get my old room mate to take over the lease but they wouldn't let him take it over so I could move out.When I moved in the carpets need to be replaced, the baseboards were cracked and the light covers were full of bugs... they told me those wouldn't be my responsibility it when my room mate finally moved out I got stuck with a $4000 bill.

Do not rent from Boardwalk! I wish I could give them zero stars.The renovations" that occurred before we moved in was patchwork. The cupboards were painted shut. The overflow drain cover in the bathtub was hanging down and the drain hole was covered in caulking. There were stickers on the doors that were painted over

Has no idea how insurance works. If someone doesn't live at the location there is no coverage extended for that person on a tenant policy including liability. Makes no sense to have that person added to a policy. Plus in the event of a claim they are entitled to 50% of the claim payout. So hopefully if you have a co-signer on your lease that person is trustworthy or you may losing a payout on a claim for your belongings. Clearly don't have anycare for the actual tenants. Not suprising alot of boardwalk is being bought out.

I have just recently moved into these townhouses and so far I have been tremendously happy with both the staff and the accommodations. The unit is spacious compared to other places in the price range and being right across from Wascana Park is a huge plus!The staff were quick to answer an questions or handle any requests I made upon moving in.

A home is what you make it. I'm not a fan of Boardwalk, but they are delivering a service here, the townhouses in this location are decent, roomy and cared for, although the groundskeeping leaves much to be desired. I can't say they are cheap, but given the current market there are not a lot of options, you can worse than live here.

We’re currently looking at renting a townhouse with wascana estates and so far the experience has been amazing! The person that showed us the place has been super helpful and responsive. Even though it felt like we asked a million questions she answered them all no problem!

Frustrating! They refused to honor their maintenance guarantee although the problem was a cracked pipe under bathroom sink. We were left for months with this problem which caused extensive water damage in bathroom and kitchen, mold (still present and unresolved), a basement that leaks like a sieve even when a sprinkler is turned on and one corner remains wet and its October, they left standing water in the back area that sat a foot against our deck and forced us to walk around to get to our car. It's our impression that our experience is not exceptional considering the number of Uhauls that are in and out of here every month and two of our friends moved citing the major reason being have to suffer unresolved issues and Boardwallk doing a poor job fixing the issues or not at all. Considering the high rents in Regina due to an extremely low vacancy rate and a fiscally successful corporation I expected they would be consistent with their advertising.

The best thing about living at boardwalk is the maintenance team is amazing!!!Feel blessed to live in a space with such an amazing view and updated living space in the exact location I want.Bonus! The neighbours are wonderful and quiet.

So far so good! Love the renovation they have done and perfect size for my family. Friendly staff too and answer all questions.
