I've been going to Off The Hook for years, the service in store is one of the best. Fish are prepared the way we ask and cleaned well.This time we decided to order oysters for Christmas so we called last week and was told to call back as they get a new shipment in and not sure what they will have. Called again this week and the girl on the phone said they were fully booked. When I explained that was odd, we were told to call back she quickly stated they never said that and ended our conversation. I get it's busy season but very disappointed and basically being told I'm wrong or a liar essentially.

The place is good, neat and maintains the quality. But It's very expensive compared to other places. I didn't find anything extraordinarily great at this place. I live close to highway 7 and just drove there to try it out after reading the good reviews. Don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with this place, fish is fresh and ok staff. The fish quality seems at par with the T&T fish that you get in GTA. Definitely a great choice to buy fish if you live in this area.

The best sea food shop , I highly recommend this place very fresh And the staff are really amazing , I loved their service and a special thanks to the lady who help us , she put all the bags in my car Because I was on Walking Crutches and my dad was too old to Cary those heavy bags of fishes . I really amazed , it wasn’t her job but it was her humanity .
