STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!!!!!I waited 5 days, Called Nana a million time and finally I’m forced to write this review. Whoever is trying to hire this new company for snow removal. Please think 100 times. My money is gone and they never did the job properly. The amount of snow we got in past 10 days, he sent a single man with shovel. I have security cameras on my property and I will attach the pictures of my driveway to prove the bad quality of their service. I called him Multiple times asking to send someone with a snowblower to clean up the driveway, but after giving false deadlines no one showed up. It’s been 24 hours that I’m trying to reach him but no answer. He told me it’s a new business and I wanted to give him a chance but unfortunately I fell a prey to his lies. stay away from this company!!!!

Snow Heroes was so amazing. I got my snow cleared last winter and it was the best experience compared to other companies!

Please don’t fall for this scam! They will take your money and not show up, and won’t reply to any of your messages.

I needed someone to come and clear up the snow from our driveway urgently after the huge snow storm. They replied and went to my place urgently and did a good job in the clean up. I had guests coming and everything was done on time

I hired snow heroes for my parents and because a previous provider fell through in late November I had to scramble to find a new provider.These guys were unprofessional, one person came without a shovel, did not communicate well and during the storm this year did not send anyone to my parents home. I tried calling multiple times both to Nana and the support but nothing. I almost never write reviews but this is one company that has made me so angry especially since I hired these folks for my parents home. Even after cancelling service my card was still charged.I highly recommend you do not use this company

I wished all the bad reviews have been showed months ago. This is the worst ever. I hired them to do for 2 months, never show-up on time. They told me they do my property first on the list - and it's 3pm in the noon time? I have no idea how people get out of their driveway to go work when the wall of snow just right at the front door. Poor communicate, totally a SCAM. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

They helped clear my driveway this Winter and their service was amazing. They were very responsive and helpful. They work very hard and I do recommend it!10/10
