Andrea and her team at Qualicare have been a huge help for our family in finding proper help for my mother. They have been of great assistance every step of the way and I couldn't have done it without them. Callandra has also been amazing and very attentive and caring to my mother's needs.I would strongly recommend Qualicare to anyone seeking a live-in caregiver for their aging parent(s). My Bubbie is 93 and had a bad fall and was released from the hospital at 1:00 am. She lives alone and had no one to help her, in a panic I called Qualicare and Liana took every single step we needed to ensure my Bubbie was looked after including meeting her the day after the fall with Danishes. The care started the following day, and it was exactly what my Bubbie needed until she felt like she could manage on her own. Liana is attentive, empathetic, educated and I cannot recommend her and her team enough. Thank you for everything.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the whole Qualicare team on behalf of my family for their incredible support and guidance throughout our Mom’s care. Liana S., became our best advocate for Mom's care by helping us through critical times, providing important information about everything, and helping us make the right decisions for our Mom’s care. Liana played such an active supportive role for our Mom, always there for us as a kind and thoughtful ear, and providing guidance or action on our behalf. She was able to find a mobile Optometrist when no one else could. I also want to express our gratitude to the 8 caregivers that were employed in order to look after my Mom, I don’t know what we would have done without your help to employ, manage, and schedule the caregivers, 24 hours a day 7 days a week, and ensuring that our Mom’s care was seamless and smooth. A special shout-out to Michelle, one of the caregivers, who truly cared for our Mom as if she was her own Mom. Michelle has that special combination of knowledge and experience with a caring and thoughtful personality that help to greatly reduce our anxiety. Having Liana provided us with a great deal of comfort and security as she has the knowledge and expertise in dealing with other healthcare professionals. I would highly recommend Liana and her team to anyone or any family who is dealing with any serious health-related issue to manage their care and to advocate on their behalf. If a picture is worth a thousand words it would take an entire museum for me to thank Qualicare for the amazing care they gave my mother. But thats not all. Being an only child living away Qualicare allowed me to fully manage her care, safely, securely, and be in the loop with everything, without disrupting the life of my family at home.I interviewed many agencies to help me. Qualicare was above an beyond from day 1. It was clear that they were just sending people to play scrabble and sit and watch her be sick. Their goal, was my goal. To give her the best quality of life possible while managing her medical care. Hiring Qualicare was one of the best decisions I ever made.

Liana S. of Qualicare was very professional and caring to make arrangements for cleaning our daughter's PICC Line. She found an experienced nurse, Elena, who did a great job at our home in Toronto. This was a very important service for our daughter, who lives abroad and is not covered by OHIP, and was on a short but important visit. We had contacted several resources in the GTA, including hospitals and private clinics, before we found Qualicare.

Qualicare was so very helpful to my husband and myself when we recently came down with Covid- My husband was in hospital with a serious lung infection and I was at home with a new case of Covid and our children could not help over the weekend. Qualicare came to our rescue with a health care assistant for my husband and another one for me so that we were well looked after…The helpers were amazing and got us through the weekend well looked after!. Our experience with Qualicare was excellent. Liana was excellent at learning about my dad's needs and assigning the right fit for him in terms of a caregiver. She was very supportive and was able to put me at ease. I will use Liana and her Qualicare team again.

Qualicare offers outstanding services. I first met the team when I had was very ill 7 years ago and required nursing care. I was scared and did not know what to do. The Qualicare team stepped in to develop a care plan that made me feel supported, safe and cared for. I have needed to use them periodically over the years and the continuity of care is amazing. They stepped in when I had shingles and helped me through that crisis. They recently helped me arrange care when my mother came from out of town and I needed a caregiver for her. The plan they helped me develop for my Mom was great. The caregiver they sent was a perfect fit for our needs. The caregiver was gentle, kind and very supportive.
