Surprised to see the reviews but currently a tenant at one of their units and so far they’re nothing but helpful to me. My agent was Shayne and he was very accomodating with our needs.

One of the worst management I’ve experienced. Absolutely atrocious. Rude receptionists. Unorganized. Won’t fix anything for months. Businesses like this don’t get terrible reputations for no reason. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone

There is absolutely no way the 5 star reviews are genuine. This poorly run company has a reputation for a reason. You don't gain a bad reputation for one or two bad tenants. The only good comparison would be to say they are the Rallye motors of rental units.

AVOID THEIR PROPERTIES AT ALL COST!! Refuses to fix the hot water problems we have contacted them about on multiple occasions. Terrible management, rude receptionist. These 5 star reviews can’t be real man.

I have lived in a K2 managed apartment for a year and a half and, quite honestly, I have always had a very good experience.Admittedly, I have read mixed reviews from some tenants. I can understand the distress, but as far as I'm concerned all my feedback is positive. The apartment was very well located on Church Street, it was clean, well maintained and the price was affordable.There were rarely any problems. Whenever I needed to sign something, Kevin and Erika responded quickly. They were always courteous, friendly, respectful and professional.I feel it is my duty to give my positive feedback, as they have always been serious. They were even the only ones who accommodated us easily during the beginning of the covid, while all the other higher rated" companies handled this aspect poorly. For this

Intermmitent hot water supply and heater are not working for almost a month. They seems no plans to resolve the issue. Utilities are included in our rent but is it worth it if it’s not working?

Ive lived in K2 properties for almost 3 of the last 4 years and I have absolutely no regrets what so ever. Personally to me it always felt like I was renting from family and not a property management company. Always greeted with smiles at the office or if I saw them at the property. I have no problem recommending K2 to anyone and I have actively recommended them to friends and family. Admittedly at first sometimes they could be hard to reach on the phone if they were busy dealing with their other properties, but every time I've ever gone to the office and voiced my opinion or concern it has been dealt right away. For instance just before a big storm I saw the gutters were falling off from the wind, I mention it to one of their workers Kenzie and even though it was after he was off the the clock he came over and secured it right away, I was amazed. Im truly going to miss the service I got from K2, but I know someone else will enjoy the same service I got.Thank you K2 for everything over the last couple of years.

They took over managing a building we ended up moving out cause they wouldn't fix anything and wanted to double the rent. They even had my unit listed in their files as not rented when the landlord changed property Management company. I had to show the new company proof I had paid k2 until my end of notice. The landlord lost a good long term renter because of this.

If I could give zero or negative stars I most certainly would. Beware of promises made and not kept, lack of communication, incomplete facts and follow up and a general feeling of being just another number. A very disappointing experience, definitely beware if you choose this company.

We have only had a great experience with K2PM. They are quick to get back to us whenever we need to address anything, they have taken care of the property and have kept up with their improvements on our building. Everyone I have interacted with is polite and professional and understanding.
