Excellent store for little things, with great customer service. I come here to buy headphones, batteries, quick things mostly. The store is quite small, unfortunately. It would be nice if it was bigger.

I reserved an item online to be picked up. I got an email that my order was ready for pickup. Got there and the staff had no clue about my item, and tells me that he didn't confirm any order, and that they don't have it. So what is the point of reserving an item and getting a confirmation, then driving there, only to be told item is not in stock. I felt like they had no clue what they were doing and didn't seem to care.

Oh how miss Radio Shack. The staff here are great, but the poor level of stock matched with their surprisingly inflated prices turned me off heavily.Went for a basic RCA cable and their only option was $25. My HDMI cables are less than that, and longer.They only reminder that this place was once Radio Shack: the single model rocket they carry.

For the life of me I have no clue why this company even bothers selling things not related to Bell or extended warranties since that's the ONLY thing their staff are interested in lifting their heads from the cell phones to sell. Stores like this are reason Amazon took over the industry. What a waste or retail space.

Working from home, I've been cable challenged for my docking station; in particular, a USB 3.0 A/B cable... they didn't have it. They have a very limited stock of USB cables.

The store gave me wrong product and can not return it at home town Toronto in 30 days and store said I needed to drive down 500km from Toronto to get the 60 dollars refund. Beware before you buy from Source.Editing the review to 5 star as Customer service reached back to apologize and compensate generously.

Sales rep had no idea what he was selling or trying to sell me unfortunately..but at least I wad smart enough to know exactly what I needed or I would have been stuck with a device that wasn't compatible...lol
