Amber is amazing to deal with. She was patient with me even though I visited numerous times with my measuring tape. I am very picky, but she helped me find the perfect dining set. I can’t wait for it to arrive!

Honestly some of the best experience I had with furniture shopping. I've been to every furniture store in the city and this is the only store that's probably helped me out the most. I never felt locked into my decision or pushed to buy something. Tammy was honest and up front about. I was unsure of a couch I wanted. They did not have it on the floor and Tammy said you know what. Let's order it in. If it you don't like it, I will refund you your money. No fees, no nothing. Every other store in town was going to charge me and that alone is what makes Ashley. Probably the go-to place to place to shop So if anybody gets a chance to shop here, definitely ask for Tammy

I bought a couch last January from Ashley. I told the salesperson I wanted pet insurance and they said no problem. I received the couch in may and was happy until I wanted to use the pet insurance. They told me the pet insurance wasn’t put on my original bill so I couldn’t get a new piece of my couch. They recommended I go through the service department to see what I could get for a quote to fix it. The service department said this couch has been discontinued and they aren’t able to order any parts anymore. I paid $3k for this couch and am very disappointed. Will not be shopping here again.

After shopping around online all day for the couch we wanted we called the store and spoke to Tammy who was not only knowledgeable on the product but made the experience of ordering quick and painless. ⚠️ DO NOT BUY A MATTES FROM HERE !!!! ⚠️ .. bought a 2000$ king mattress November before last and it gave out before the year was up. There’s a big hump in the middle of the bed. I’ve been trying for the past six months to get warranty for the mattress because it’s supposed to have ten year warranty. NO SUCH LUCK ⚠️⚠️ the guy who done the warranty claim said he sent it to someone where he didn’t. I called LAST WEEK and he called back saying the other warranty guy didnt receive his msg but he sent it again. They called YESTERDAY and said the grooves in my bed need to be bigger!!!!!!!!! So I have a 2000$ mattress that’s no good to anyone. The two big grooves on each side and the hump in the middle made it too uncomfortable to sleep on….. just a warning to anyone in Grande Prairie; theres soooo many mattress stores, just go somewhere else and save yourself the trouble I’m having ⚠️⚠️⚠️

I had the chance to work with Amber to purchase our new sectional. It took 3 months longer than anticipated to receive our furniture, however the staff was always quick to work with me and accomodate my delivery needs. Very friendly staff to deal with and the furntiure arrived in perfect condition! The delivery drivers are super friendly, respectful and quick!

Happy with the low pressure sales team. It's nice to see the employees working as a team to make sure the customer is happy.The couch also arrived in a reasonable time frame. A little earlier then originally promised.
