Very positive experience. The owner was kind enough to stay a little late and help my friend and myself get fitted up for a pair of hearing protection to wear on our motorcycles, as well as a separate pair to wear when sleeping. Lots of fun colours to choose from too!

If your looking for actual Help and care this is what I was given here, my Elderly Father needed help with his hearing aid even thou it's not what they specialize in but they went above n beyond to help my Father ,unlike the Hearing aid place I went they wouldn't help because he wasn't a patient avoid that place Newton on 72 across from the royal bank by flower shopNo Help no respect will never get our Buisness the 50 something year old woman was rude avoid.Oto Hearing products Thank you for helping my Father hear you were Extremely helpful n KindThankyou also to the Beautiful young Lady at Reception to insure we recieved Help. very bad experience, just lost time and money

I have been using Oto Hearing since I started my clinic back in 2009. The staff have always been kind and helpful . If there have ever been any problems I am grateful that they always find a solution to the problem. My clients are happy and that is why I continue to use them. I appreciate everything they do. I also appreciate the extra support they provide when I have to rely on their expertise. Thank you Oto staff!
