Unmatched Customer Service! I had an appointment for lash extensions and I wasn't happy with the service I received. I contacted the salon explaining my frustrations and Sam called me back almost immediately. Sam and Julie came in early on a Saturday morning to fix my lash extensions to my liking. Very impressed! I would recommend Julie for lash extensions any day!

I always considered getting a lash lift but never got the push until the gorgeous Alena reached out to me, and she extended an invitation for a Keratin Lash Lift at Pretty Little Secrets. I love having a minimalistic look for beauty and makeup, so the idea of lash lifts or lash extensions, in general, is a new category for me. I have straight medium-length lashes that lack the power to lift themselves independently, so I was very hesitant to get my lashes lifted. Alena understood my hesitation and gave me information about the Keratin Lash Lift procedure that provided me with reassurance and confidence to give it a try!The Keratin Lash Lift procedure takes approximately 40 minutes and lasts up to 6 to 9 weeks. The Keratin Lash Lift procedure also includes a Vitamin E hydrating serum and a coconut oil conditioning treatment to help keep lashes strong, nourished, and healthy. It is great for sensitive eyes and low maintenance for anyone looking to give the lashes an eye-popping lash lift!I had the best experience at Pretty Little Secrets, thanks to Alena. I was very anxious upon arrival, but she was very professional, reassuring, and I was blown away by the attention and care I received from her. She was very gentle and detailed in lifting every one of my upper lashes. She did a fantastic job lifting and tinting my lashes! I'm absolutely obsessed! Alena also provided tips for maintaining my lashes and recommended some products to help them grow and stay healthy.Next to the check-out counter, Pretty Little Secrets also carries a bunch of affordable goodies beautifully displayed from strip lashes, innovative lash adhesive pens, and the best brow products that help define, shape, and create fuller brows.Thanks to the gorgeous Alena, I had an amazing first experience at Pretty Little Secrets. The lash & brow bar is a comforting and relaxing environment, and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. I must admit I was so afraid that my lashes would fall off after the Keratin Lash Lift, but they are very much intact, beautiful, lifted, and so easy to maintain. I love that I don’t need to use an eyelash curler anymore to curl my lashes when I do my makeup. Waking up to perfect lashes has never been this easy.

I had a great experience getting my lashes done at Pretty Little Secrets Lash & Brow Bar, its so clean, bright, and organize! The lashes were great quality & very light weight I can barely feel them on my eyes, I've gotten my lashes done at other lash bars and not a lot of lash artist know how to work on monolids (Asian eyes) and they end up too heavy for my eye shape, but Julie was so knowledgeable with what style works best for my eyes!. Nonetheless I was beyond happy with my lashes. Julie is very professional AMAZING service. I swear she’s the BEST lash tech I’ve ever been too, and I can't wait to be back to get my fill <3!xx,Elaineasandra

Recently got a chance to visit this place for getting my eyebrows and lashes done. Had a really good experience. So I got henna brows by lovely Anna who did a wonderful job at shaping and then dying my brows with henna. I also got a lash lift, for which Anna did good job! She kept communicating throughout the process and was very good at her work. I totally recommend this place! And I highly recommend Anna!Ps: it was a gifted service, but I'm sharing my honest review!

Got my eyebrows cleaned up here. Alena listened to exactly what I wanted and got me right. Highly recommend other guys to check this place out and ask for Alena. Great prices and great atmosphere!

I got my lashes lifted by An and she was so friendly and welcoming. She told me about their 48 hour policy and my lashes did fall a bit and I was able to see An the Next day and she even did a different treatment to help them stay up better without an additional charge which i thought was really sweet of her and I didnt get to thank her enough but I do appreciate the kind act :) Also the lashes look amazing!!

I always have such a great experience at Pretty Little Secrets. I have been a returning customer at PLS for over 5 years. This time I got my lashes and brow shaping done and I am absolutely love with the results! This was my second time getting my lashes done by Julie and she did an amazing job! Cannot recommend Julie enough!!

Everytime I step inside pretty little secrets I know i'm going to leave more than satisfied with my experience. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the precautions they were taking with COVID-19, and was very comfortable knowing it was clean and well sanitized. Had the WORST experience ever!! I used to come here pretty frequently for eyelash lifts however the this last time was terrible. I’ve attached a picture of what my eyelashes looked like AFTER the lift and I look the same as when I walked in. I asked the lash tech to maybe leave it on a bit longer and she was nice enough to do them over, but it didn’t make a difference. The picture here is after she did them twice!! Since I had already been there for close to two hours, I let the receptionist know that I was not happy with the results and if I could get them re-done tomorrow. She then proceeded to get on the phone with the owner I’m assuming, to which she told me “I don’t think lash lifts are meant for you”. I asked if they could be redone again, as I’ve been getting my eyelashes lifted for two years and have never had this issue before and have also been coming to this place once in a while. I was so shocked at how rude the owner was to me on the phone, basically telling me that I was the problem. I’m so disappointed by the lack of customer service. I did get my money back after, however I would recommend you find ANYWHERE else to get your lashes done. Absolutely APPALLING customer service.
