Drs. J & K Gill and Associates (Mississauga Optometrists)

I visited this place for the second time. I have the same opinion that I had on the first visit.Dr.Jag Gill is a great person, knowledgeable and friendly. He patiently examined my eyes and explained any questions and concerns I had.His team also helped me to select a pair of glasses. They are all so polite, friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

My wife and I have been coming here for several years now.The location is perfect because it is just down the street from my house and there is Starbucks and a Watan Kebab Restaurant in this mall !!! Extra brownie points here :-)The two Optometrists are brothers. And they look like twins !!! Because I can never tell them apart. I am under the care of the younger brother and my wife is under the care of the older brother.I find the two be exceptional in every sense. They are able to talk to you in a very polite manner and they carefully explain every detail along with the options as well. When it comes to the absolute health of your eyes, having a reliable and competent clinician that you can trust is so vital.Therefore, you can be rest assured here. You will be in good hands.The staff is equally as courteous and professional. So it makes for an overall enjoyable visit each time.We have recommended them to 2 of our neighbours already.A+++ experience all the way here folks.

I love everything about this eye clinic. Dr J & K Gill are extremely knowledgeable and so very kind. I have suffered severe eye damage and when I go for my check ups I never feel rushed as they take their time and talk with me about any concerns I have. The clinic is beautifully laid out and they have a great selection of eye products. This is the only place I trust for my baby blues!!! 5 star all the way!!!

Great service from reception to examination and ordering of new prescription lenses, great frame selection and turnaround on prescription lenses. Friendly and knowledgeable have been returning for many years! Highly recommend Meadowvale Optometry

Absolutely brutal customer service…. I had made a deal with dr gill regarding a review I had left after denying to repair a reoccurring issue with a pair of polarized lens where the film would peel off within the year or less … it’s happened 3 times now and on the third time he decided to blame me for having a chemical on the frame of the glasses but the previous two times with the exact same issue it was covered under warranty now that he has lost profits on the item he has mailed them back to my house because google won’t delete a review so now I’m out 700 dollars on a pair of prescription ray bans which is absolutely ridiculous

The worst experience of my life. I had my appointment with Dr. Gill at 9:00am. I was in his office at 8:50am, he showed up at 9:17 am. No hello hi, he was not even sorry for being late. Very sloppy and unprofessional attitude, without listening or saying anything he said you will have to pay the charges. I was going to tell him I am diabetic for the last 20 years and never paid any fee, he interrupted me and said “go to some where else”. Very shocking, I told him, I am here with reference of your doctor cousin from Vancouver, he said I do not care, I had to tell him on his face you are very “rude”, he said yes I am rude go any where else I am not going to check you.. Very rude of him very unprofessional. Be careful, think millions time to visit him.

I have a wonderful experience every time I visit!Dr. Gill is not only precise and professional, but also friendly and welcoming. He always takes the time to really listen and make sure he's answered all of my questions.Meadowvale Optometry also has a great selection of frames and glasses from the best brands. I want to specifically thank Sherilyn for her awesome service and her great taste in frames! I trust Sherilyn 100% when choosing my frames and always get compliments on my new glasses!

It was my first visit to see Dr. Gill and what a wonderful experience it was.From the front staff to the the doctor they were professional friendly and knowledgeable. I am a senior and was a little worried about my eyesight Dr. Gill explained everything to me taking his time and not rushing at all. There was no pressure to purchase new frames and no extra charges except for retinal exam which is very important as you get older. Thank you so much for a pleasant experience I will be sure to recommend you and come back.Rita K.
