Fantastic experience and great service from Basel and Sarah! My iPhone wouldn't charge and I was expecting to have to replace the battery. I waited about 3 minutes and Basel handed me back the phone and told me it was just a little dust in the connection. Can't do better than that!

I would recommend this repair shop to anyone who is looking for a good quality repair. This is my second time at the shop. the staff is amazing, Basel and Salah very good at what they do. The prices are reasonable. Besides, I was able to get a screen protector and cheap phone case while my phone was being repaired.

Had lots of issues with finding the right screen protector for my pixel 6 Pro. Went to Case Mogul at South center. Jannik and Basal were absolutely amazing. They helped me find the best protector, installed it at a very reasonable price compared to what it would have cost me buying it from Amazon. They were very supportive and helpful. Definitely recommend them any day.

Basel and Sarah at the Southcenter location have been extremely helpful and given great friendly customer service every time I’ve come to their store. Prices are reasonable for both phone repair and phone cases (which they have a huge selection to choose from). The turn around time for the phone repairs I’ve had are always really fast being either same day or next day. I would recommend and have recommended anyone to go here if they are looking for a new phone case or to have a phone repaired.
