I am being sworn at with agression by the supervisor AND a co worker. I am paying union dues WAY before the end of my probation when the union activates, and I am told my issue is hearsay because there is no proof. I will NOT be subjected to agression, racist comments such as being called speedy Gonzales and expected to pay union dues. What a completely useless union who is basically stealing money to NOT represent the workers, which is why unions were established to begin with.
