I had _major_ problems with Telus and these guys were like the A-Team. Sprang into action and used all their Telus inside knowledge to sort out the situation. Peter went above and beyond over the course of 3 days and a weekend day to resolve the problem and get my wife a new phone. Andrew spent an significant amount of his day off talking to Telus. What a great team, thanks guys!

I can't say enough good things about the service I received from Trevor. I changed carriers and updated my device. Not only was the process extremely smooth and easy but I cut my monthly bill in half (which is amazing). Thank you Trevor!

1. staff there sell sim card for $20 each while other store sell it for $102. when I want to return 1 sim card, they politely tell me it's hard"

I visited the store to purchase a new phone and was assisted by Rommel. He offered friendly, professional advice and gave me clear answers to all of my questions. He made the entire process quick and easy and I left a happy customer. I highly recommend this store.

Came in b/c I couldn't get anyone to pick up the phone and it was dead when I got there - they didn't seem interested to help me

The minute I came in to the store the male associate was nothing but rude and condescending towards me. I came in to get a new phone and the man kept trying to speak louder than me and interrupting me whenever I had a question or comment. For some reason he kept explaining what financing a phone meant even though I fully knew what that meant, obviously. He never actually answered any of my questions regarding my tab and account. He couldn't figure out why my account wasn't eligible for a tab and just gave up and looked at me as if I was supposed to fix it myself. It was so unprofessional of him and honestly so disappointing because I used to like coming to this location. His lack of customer service skills and basic human kindness was so frustrating I cried when I left the store because of how he treated me.

I got exactly what I needed. Fast and great service.
