Four Seasons Travel Rochester

My fiancé and I worked with Becky to book our honeymoon and had a fantastic experience! We knew we wanted an all-inclusive resort, but all of the options were overwhelming. Becky was able to coordinate everything for us including flights and insurance in just a few quick emails, all for a lower price than we could have got on our own. She took the stress out of the whole experience. Highly recommend!

I was under the impression that I no longer needed a travel agent since I can book everything online myself. Wow, was I WRONG!! My consultant Becky is absolutely FANTASTIC ... she asked lots of questions about the kind of vacation my husband and I were looking for, and made suggestions of award winning resorts that fit our criteria. The combined cost for our airfare and resort stay is lower than I could have gotten on my own. And Becky didn't stop there ... she's gone above and beyond, not only finding descriptions of the excursions offered by the resort, but also contacting them to reserve the trips we were interested in on the specific days we wanted to go. Additionally, I wanted to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary at the resort by having a Vow Renewal Ceremony on the beach. Becky researched this and reached out to the resort to find out how much the ceremony would cost, what was included. Becky also reserved the day/time I asked for. Becky is still helping me with the ceremony's finishing touches"

We wanted to find the perfect destination for our 25th Wedding Anniversary and we were overwhelmed by the options. Becky put together a very romantic package at a five star all inclusive, adults only resort in February where the weather is consistently in the 80s. Becky was polite, conscientious, and funny. She made sure we were happy with all aspects of our trip. We are already looking forward to booking our next trip with Becky!

My family and I recently went on a Trip to Punta Cana. As we all know your trip is in the hands of the airlines. Well our airline had delays and was not very helpful at all (DELTA). But thanks to Libby at Four Seasons being by our side for 12 hours one day and a couple hour the next everything got fixed and we had an amazing family trip. I truly believe if it was not for all of Libby's work we would never have gotten to our vacation. If your booking travel, book it with Four Seasons. Anyone can book you a trip; but those who help you through the problems is who you want to be with. I will book all my trips in the future with Four Season due to the amazing customer service I received. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
