David and Ruth assisted me in a very difficult time where I needed the perfect picture to celebrate the life of my daughter. They went above and beyond to ensure the photo was crisp and clear and took on the task of framing it for me. Living in the GTA now, I so miss the personal touch and compassion of small business owners who treat their customers like their friends.

I forgot my camera charger on vacation. Frantic, I messaged Parsons on Facebook, and got a response within hours. They were incredibly helpful, confirmed they had a charger that would accept my battery, and confirmed it when I was in the store, before even selling it to me to make sure it was a product that would work for me! I would very much recommend this place if you're in Owen Sound or the surrounding area and have any camera needs.

I would by far say the most knowledgeable couple ive found in the photo business , i was struggling to find someone to get me a soft copy passport photo and they did it in 15 mins also gave me stamped and hard copies of the photo. not only that they managed to give me a correct file size on my email to submit it online. Amazing fast service!!

Picked up a great new tripod and head at a great price. There was a minor problem with a part but they fixed me up the next day without issue. Great experience.

Parsons Foto Source did a beautiful restoration and plaqued photo of me at the age of two and my Mother in black and white. And also had a The Wizard of Oz 1939 movie colour poster done into a metal sign. Both items were beautifully done and at very reasonable price too. Dave Parsons one of the owners personally delivered both items to my home. Very, very pleased and both items are proudly displayed on my living room walls and I will enjoy these for many years to come. EXCELLENT customer service! :)

Fantastic staff with great products.Purchased a [pro]master Tripod and have been getting amazing results.there are truly few wonderful retail stores around any more and this is by far one of them.
