I lucked out and had a very quick wait , but I hate to say the lady behind the counter was extremely rude and extremely nosy and asked questions she had no right to ask , and gave opinions that nobody asked for. If I was a different person I would have put her in her place but I just wanted to move along as quick as possible out of respect and courtesy to the other waiting customers.

Line up moved very quickly. Waited 12 minutes to be called up. Picture taken, paid and left 8 minutes later.

I'm not sure of the young man's name who helped me today but, he was simply amazing, professional and a pleasure to talk to. Didn't realize there were so many forms to fill out (which he did for me) just to change my name back to my birth name. Excellent job and great service!! Thank you!

Very poor service by a lady at desk #3. Went in for a simple health card renewal for my child and made it the most difficult process I have ever been through. I left and came back while on the phone with a customer service representative to clarify if I had all the correct documents -which I did- she reassured me this should be a easy process, double checked with 4 of her colleges to make sure if everything was good. The lady at desk #3 seemed as if she was determined to have me waste my time.If you need anything done at a service Ontario, I suggest you go to the one on King Street by Jackson Square. This one is a joke.

Worst service there is … Lady at desk #3 has disgusting customer service if you get her as a attendant just be ready for a headache she completely hates her job an disregards anyone of COLOUR. Best Advice is to go to any different location… PS … I have had this lady multiple times for different reasons and got what I needed done within 10 minutes at different locations … >>BEST ADVICE FOR ANYONE OF COLOUR << . Not to be rude but its all Seniors Citizens who I don’t feel are not competent enough for the job as there Resources are limited.….

Where do you find these grumpy people to work at gov't offices? Went in for an ID card and health card for my just landed wife and the lady at the counter only heard only health card and asked for proof of address. How can we have a proof of address unless you give us a proof of address which is the ID card? Hire some people that smile and are a little happy to help instead of these grinches

Long lines. Expect to stand for 20-25 min. Depends on who you get either really nice and friendly or angry and nasty.

Very pleasant staff. They know thier stuff.Truly a great service ontario office. Keep up the good work.

Ridiculous that we wait in a long line up, just to be told that changing my address is not possible unless I have a bill in my name. Ummmm I just moved. Isn’t this why you have a form for new address change?Had to go to bank and change address. Then come back and wait in mile long line up all over again.Whoever makes the rules and these papers may want to indicate what you need before sitting in an hour long line up and wasting my time!Oh and hire less grumpy workers. You get paid good money. Try smiling once in a while. It may do you some good!

The person working at desk 5 at 3:45 pm on Thursday May 11 made our experience extremely unpleasant. We were number A175.We sold a vehicle 9 days ago. When we dropped off the plates after the sale, we were told to come back after 7 days to confirm the vehicle has been transfered to the new owner. Today we came back to complete this process and the person behind the desk was unnecessarily rude the entire process. She gave dirty looks, was extremely abrupt, and as my wife was declaring the vehicle as sold, she mutters so you're not giving them any time to register the vehicle". I questioned this statement and she starts blurting out how they should have 10 days to register the vehicle.Service ontario website says 6
