Jay did an amazing job. Not only was friendly and professional, he went above and beyond by assisting us with resetting our keypad locks which was a challenge itself after running into some stripped screws. Highly recommended, great service!

Arrived fast, professionally efficient and collaborative in approach, hyper quick payment. Dispatch guy was a little umm... busy, but the technician! they were cool beans. I had Ben come out to get a new key fob and the first thing he checked was the fob itself. This is the first time I’ve had to get a new car key but instead of overcharging for a brand new fob and key he said he could use the existing fob because the power locks and alarm work and replace the key and chip part while still programming it. Probably saved me $200 with his knowledge compared to a dealership.

This is the second time I have used B&W and they are superb. Their service is beyond excellent, timely, helpful and as they finished the work, they took the trouble to constantly update me on the work and they even lent me a battery charging pack to jump start the vehicle. Jay was friendly and professional and did a great job of fixing up my keyless locks even though my batteries had corroded and made a mess and he got me set up with new keys. He didn't oversell and when I need new locks ( which will definitely be in my future) I will definitely give these guys a call.
