Well I had first heard about Foster & Sons and I had priced out a few Rolex Watches as far as Calgary. I was amazed by the service David has provided over the years!!I am from Edmonton also. Especially being in the sales industry, I appreciate great service and feel like I have received great deals. They will have my service for years to come! I went as far as driving there and was amazed by the level of service that David and his staff provide. I have now bought 3 Rolex watches from Fosters and it is far the best place to deal knowing you got a great deal.thanks again Foster and SonsBrad McDonald

I am particularly impressed with the quality of service that Jodi provides to her customers. She is extremely knowledgeable, passionate, and personable. Not to mention that she has impeccable taste and style. She will know how to help guide you through your decision making process. She has helped me on many accounts and always brings a smile to my face. When I walk away from Foster and Sons with a new piece of jewelry, I feel excited, beautiful, and confident. I brought my watch thereto get a new battery they offered cleaning. When I picked my watch up it was ruined. I don't know what they cleaned it with but it was barely ever worn. When I picked it up it was ruined. When asked what happened they argued with me it was like that when I brought it in, never will I go there again.......

David is knowledgeable, friendly and passionate. He is one of the most trustworthy and reliable persons I have dealt with. I cant say enough good things about him and the store. Two thumbs up!

David and his team was amazing from start to finish. Living in Calgary, local authorized Rolex dealers had long wait lists for a few watches I was looking for so I did some research and reached out to David at Fosters & Sons in Lethbridge. David was friendly and he explained the questions I had so I proceeded with the purchase.When I arrived, there was plenty of parking, the store was inviting and I was greeted by a friendly sales staff. Meeting David, he took the time to show me the watch and go over all of the questions I had. He was very knowledgeable in the products and services they had and I inquired about a couple of other watches I was interested in.At no point did I feel pressured in making any purchasing decisions.Since then, I've placed another order with David and I look forward to the wonderful experiences once again.

For years I have trusted Fosters with important jewelry decisions and servicing and have always been delighted with the results. The staff are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. I hope to continue our relationship for many years to come. Highly recommend this store.

I heard the ad on the radio that went something along the lines of “From now until Christmas, receive a free gift with every purchase!”I went in to buy a gift, and I paid while the lady wrapped it. I assumed the ‘free gift’ would be in the bag, but when I got home there was nothing. I called in and told them I had heard the ad, but was told it was only a free gift with a minimum purchase which ranged from 250-650$ depending on the brand of jewellery.I then asked if I could come back in and make another purchase to get me to the minimum amount, but was told it had to be on the same receipt so I wouldn’t be able to do that. It was a little frustrating because the ad was misleading, but that was also my fault for not asking when I initially went in.Regardless, I went back to buy another gift a few days later for my girlfriend and the sweetest lady helped me. I brought up again how I had heard the ad and asked if there is any chance I could bring in my last receipt and long story short, she helped a girl out. It was also a last minute gift so I came straight after work and was not dressed for the occasion, but she treated me all the same and I was very impressed with her professionalism and her overall kindness.Thank you Jodi! I will be back solely because of her service :)
