WOW, FANTASTIC AND RAPlD SERVICE!!!! I was in a pinch - the actual day I was selling my house and signing papers after lunch. Junkluggers was able to show up in the morning on very short notice and were able to give me much more help loading and cleaning than I had originally asked for! We finished with 1 hour to spare!! My wife and I were planning to downsize our house this year. So we are in the process of purchasing a smaller home. Our guess is that it is going to be extra stressful to take everything to a smaller house. It was not an easy decision for me to let go some of our furniture and other things. So I called The Junkluggers of Lake County.I didn't realize that the process of moving to a smaller home is not an easy process. We needed to let go some of our furniture and other things. First, we tried other options for the removal. Some of other options worked out well also. However, our situation came to the point that we needed professional removal service. The service from Junkluggers was prompt, reliable, courteous, and professional. The team from Junkluggers came in and moved the furniture we pointed out.I would say that their service was outstanding. The price was better than I expected. I am grateful for the service provided. Our Junk Luggers were fantastic! Josh was sympathetic to our dismay at having to part with some beautiful furniture and handled all with care. He and his strong silent coworker, Jerry, made quick work of some solid oak - i.e., very heavy - pieces.From making the appointment to removal of the last piece, Junk Luggers was professional and friendly. Full house clean out, and a much bigger job than he’d anticipated and quoted. But he worked so hard to get it done!

Staff is polite and gentle, even though we are getting rid of old furnitures. Feels like they do intend to make sure whatever usable value there is remaining in the item is preserved for the potential donee. They also acted quickly and and with grace. No scuffing on wall or floor was left behind. I ended up tipping them twice, once in cash and another time during the digital checkout on the company tablet.

They worked with me when I needed a time change and were in contact with me in a timely manner when they had an unforeseen delay. They were then flexible with me about re-scheduling that afternoon since I had a time constraint. Everyone I spoke with via phone or email was professional and responsive. The two gentlemen who pick up my items were friendly and professional and made the pick up very efficiently. I will use them again if the need arises and recommend them to others.

I did research and found JunkLuggers seemed to be the company to use. Initially, they came in to move out some bulky furniture and a bed. The service was great as were the workers.One month later, the owner of the house passed away, and we decided to clear out the house, however none of the surviving members lived in IL and this was going to be a big job. I knew who to use, and I was able to meet the owner at the house and show what needed to be done. I gave her the keys to the house and left the heavy work to JunkLuggers. I was given updates after each of their visits along with pictures. They also had a cleaning service come in and do the cleaning of walls, bathroom, etc. When all was completed, I was able to drive to IL to do a walk-through with the owner. I was very happy with the work that was done. The keys to the house were returned to me and I was on my way back home.I loved the idea that what could be donated or recycled was. That was a bonus in making my decision.Over all, the service from JunkLuggers was cost effective, secure, prompt, reliable, courteous, and professional.

Junkluggers helped with a very expansive office move out. They were able to come and remove all our trash, help with all our shredding needs, and also disassemble and remove several bulky office desks and furniture. I loved that their first priority was to donate instead of end up in a landfill. They were very kind and professional.

I contacted Junkluggers to get a few items out of my granny’s apartment. I was able to book an appointment online on a Sunday and get an appointment for the upcoming Wednesday afternoon. I was called the day prior to confirm items to be picked up. However, I was not given an estimate at that time. My appointment window was from 4-6pm. They called me at around 2:15 stating they had finished a job early and could they come before 4. I said sure. Two guys arrived, very nice, looked at the items to be taken and proceeded to move them. After the job was completed, they told me the cost. They said someone would call to take my credit card information. Overall, I’m pleased with the service.
