I originally gave Netspectrum a one star rating however a representative for this company quickly reached out to me and helped reactify the problem. It was a learning experience for all involved and I am pleased to say that I have internet and everything is working fine thus far. I had a very bad experience with the staff at returning a call on my credit check. I called them back 2 hours later and wasted another 10 minuets of my life for them to tell me that I failed my credit check even though my credit in the high 800 range . I told them to stick it and went with Sunwire had everything taken care of in 10 minutes. I don't recommend this company at all....

The netspectrum just didn't work for us through no fault of the company. They really tried to make it work but where we live is very rural and the tower just wasn't close enough.The customer service people are just amazing which is such a pleasure in this time.

When first installing internet, it took approximately 2 weeks after setting it up myself to get any service, netspectrum was apologetic and I’ve had no problems with them since! The customers service team is impeccable, honestly look forward to calling them when needed because the people on the phone are so nice! Great service

Ive had Net Spectrum rural internet in the st. Charles area for 2 years now. They have the best rates for unlimited internet and it usually works well. The reason I can't give 5 starts is because about twice a year I have my internet slow way down and have to call in to get it readjusted, also when in a thunderstorm the internet always goes out so it's not perfectly reliable (I assume it's common tech errors because of the satellite and tower). The good thing is it's super quick to call in with almost no wait time and the customer service is absolutely amazing and second to none!

I call to have a bill issue sorted out. no answer. when i called to order service can call anytime up to 10. now that i have it seem to only be able to talk up to 430 now. what is the point of a tech line if they don't answer. charging me more then double on my visa. not cool. set up like every body else. send bill in mail or email and let me pay it. get rid of this auto charge.. issues get resolved asap or get rid of me as a customer.

Not reliable whatsoever! I have to unplug the modem and ground the cable every 3 days. The modem has to be unplugged and restarted almost daily. This means I have no home security while I'm away and cannot cycle the units. Switching to fiber optic competitorRe: reply.....still waiting on a call back"

Worst internet ever. Consentant lag, packet loss and everything. 1mbs. Already contacted support, done nothing. Can barely load images online. Never buy.

Updated : They have very nice customer service people. I had someone come to fix my internet issues today and so far so good. Fingers crossed for no more issues.
