Took my car in, Angelo was really helpful and got my car fix quite quickly. Drove home and noticed the tire got a nail in, called and the team manage to get me back in and on the road in 30mins. So I’m really thankful with all their help. Would highly recommended.

Angelo was super helpful and knowledgeable and was able to provide us with useful information and estimates. The damaged was fixed and returned in great condition. BEST body shop ever!!!I just want to say thank you to manager Michael, he is very experienced with Mercedes. My 2016 c300 side mirror was damaged and i thought the entire unit needs to be replaced. Got quote from a number of body shops that i need to replace the mirror for at least 1200+.We came across Michael at Kirmac, he receipted us at 5:30pm on Friday, and he fixed the mirror in 30 minutes, he did NOT charge us at all. We are really appreciated that we met Michael and I would highly recommend him if you need help with auto repairs.Thank you Michael!

Car got broken into and window smashed and went to Kirmac to help. They were really kind and personable and have a beautiful location and John helped us out and made the process very easy which helped us a lot during this stressful time. John is the best!

Had an excellent experience at Kirmac today getting my windshield repaired. I was in and out within an hour, no appointment, and I had two areas of damage that needed to be fixed. John really went the extra mile, I really appreciate it. It's pretty incredible that glass repair proceeds go to Children's Hospital.Note: for glass repair, no need to call ICBC, it's all done at the repair shop.

I brought my M2 to Kirmac for repairs not long time ago. Kirmarc is very close to where I live so I decided to give them a shot. John the manager inspected the car and have the parts ordered before I drop off so the repairs would be more efficient and quicker. I’ve been updated regularly with the repairs through the entire repair process. It only took them less than 2 weeks for an almost $10000 repairs. The quality of the repair is stunning and they even refilled my windshield fluid as customer service! Overall I’ve had only positive experience with Kirmac. Highly recommended this repair shop in town!

John and his team were extremely professional, friendly and good at communication. It was easy and straightforward to get a quote. I was provided updates via text during the week while the car was in the shop (which I really appreciate) and the work they did was fantastic. They even helped fix up another spot on the car that was not on the original quote, free of charge. Great customer service. Highly recommend their services to anyone.

Had a broken window replacement, associated body work done and there were a few extra things they helped me with on my car as well. Very fast and attentive service with excellent and friendly communication from Jonathan.They arranged a courtesy car very quickly which was very convenient. I was very happy with the service overall. Hopefully won't need to repair more damage in future but would certainly come back to this location to do so.

John, Angelo and the team are fantastic. Very professional, caring and personable. I appreciated that they phoned me for updates and notifying me that my car was ready. (Some other locations use texting which I wasn't a fan of) They worked around my needs and fixed my car in a timely manner.

An accident had caused a scratch on the rear bumper. I was asking for quotes from all the autobody shop with good reviews and high Google ratings near me - Kirmac in Burnaby was one of them. It turned out their quote was a lot better than the other shops and since their ratings was pretty high I decided to give them a try. The repair was perfect! Don't know why the other shops would charge more if somebody else could do a 100% job. John the manager was courteous and helpful, he even threw in some touch up work with no extra charge. I'm extremely happy with them.
