Coey Stairs

Great quality, beautiful stairs. Friendly customer service and good prices. James and his team are very accommodating and they take great pride in their work. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends.

A designer that we were working with contracted Coey to re-do our stair railings and newel posts about six weeks ago. The wood that they used is such poor quality. The variation is so bad that it visually looks like it's cracking down the middle. And then within two weeks of finishing the job, our newel posts showed cracks on the top, which we've had to use filler on to fix. A separate company that we hired to finish the stairs commented on how terrible the railings looked. Steer clear of Coey.

Must say pretty disappointed in the customer service this coming from a referral, called for a quote on a Monday and was told James was on his way to work and will call me within the hr!! Monday afternoon came I called to see if James was available, this time no answer, I then received a text saying James will call me by end of the day.......Its been 1 week and still no call back.All this did was make your referral look bad...
