Sonia and her team helped me get my PR very quick. My application was stuck due to immigration not being clear and what paper work they need and IRCC stopped responding. Sonias team reached out to them and they get back to me within one week. I used them again to relay the information that IRCC was asking and within 2 weeks, I got my PR card in the mail.
