Ginger Lofts Condominiums

Girlfriend's grandma lives here. Lots of parking, including 2 guest lots within easy walking distance. Not very wheelchair accessible though.

Got a ticket for being in visitor over 12 hours but was only there for 7 hours at the time of the ticket and 9 hours by the time I left.

Do not live here under any circumstances. The people that live here are incredibly noisy. Either playing very loud music at all hours or having major domestic disturbances. The walls are so thin and you can hear everything. The management doesn't do anything about real problems like this but never forget to chastise tenants for irrelevant things like visitor parking. Additionally, electricity bills at this location are ridiculously high compared to other areas of the city.It's a shame because the aesthetics are nice and I really wanted to like this place. However, if you ever want to get a wink of sleep again in your life, avoid this place.

Very beautiful area and condos. Close to shopping and schools

LolI never went here... it looks nice from the pictures but if there as many gingers here as the name implies maybe be careful.Don't buy any lucky charms cereal just incase.

Nice condos, well kept, Gym and Rec area are great. Location to U of S is not bad and Area of City is also Great

Nice area of town with lots of parks nearby. The clubhouse has a nice pool, hot tub, rec room, and gym that comes in very handy!

Ginger Lofts is in a fairly new area. The maintenance crew do an excellent job at maintaining the lot. Every day Luke is out there with Bob cleaning the yard. It is very clean! The grass is green and luscious, despite the number of buildings there it is very quiet. Most dwelling units are being taken care of. Graham and Ethan have been out there daily making the curbside look beautiful and brand new. There is a clubhouse location near the entrance with a pool, hot tub, fitness room, a lounging area, as well as a mini kitchen. The sink location leads to an outdoor space. The restrooms are always stocked and fresh smelling. It is nice to see that the facility is being used. You do need a FOB to enter the building and currently (July 2021) masks are still required. There's also free wifi! Strangely with the amount of homes, there wasn't a lot of people out and about. It seems like a nice quiet place for seniors, students, and young couples.
