Peachland Johnson Meyer, I have been dealing with them since 2015. One of the best insurance places I have ever used. They take customer service to a new level, they usually call me around renewal time for my home insurance and they always seem to be looking at which company has the best coverage do I need more coverage or reassessment. Very client oriented organization. They're great community supporters as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for insurance for their home. Or for that matter any type of insurance auto recreational or home. They do it all. Great job team Johnson Meyer Peachland!!!!!

To all the Folks at Peachland's Johnston Meier Insurance,My thanks to each one of you for helping to get our family through the last four months of 2019.With my husband in hospital and then rehabilitation, his insurance novice wife had to keep moving with the remaining details of purchasing a car from out-of-town, getting insurance, getting special power-of-attorney for him to sign, so that we could complete the purchase of the car and somehow get it to Peachland. Then there was the home insurance to deal with as well. By the end of all of this, I got to know each person working at the office and am now more schooled in the finer details of obtaining new car insurance and continuing with our home insurance.Each of you were wonderful, kind, supportive, and most of all patient, as I tried to understand what it was I had to do, to complete each step of the process. The new car was a real challenge for sure but the renewal of the home insurance was easy and was even less expensive than the year before.Thank you to you all and for your smiles every time I walked in! Been dealing with Peachland Insurance for around 30 years or so. These people are very knowledgeable and always seem to have a solution for whatever insurance needs you have. Bonus, their friendly and awesome as well!

Doubled quote at closing and didn't actually get us fire insurance. Allan (Al) at the Peachland branch emailed me a great quote for house insurance around 2 months before closing but told me to talk to him within 30 days of closing to make sure everything was good. So I called him then and he told me that everything was great. Then 25 days later he called as we were walking into the lawyers office to sign papers to say Oops the quote has doubled". Needless to say a year later when it came time to renew we went elsewhere and discovered that he had also lied on the paperwork so best case scenario we would have had to pay thousands of dollars if our house burnt down but the insurance company could have refused to give us any money even though Allan was the one who didn't do his job and fill out the paperwork correctly."

I recently moved to the area and started using them in January 2022. I had been in twice both times mistakes were made but they fixed it, I resigned paperwork and that's fine mistakes happen. The second time I was in the lady was complaining about how much work the online insurance process is and suggested I call instead of going online because it's easier for them. Fair enough. So when I needed to renew one of our vehicles and I called, told the lady I was told to call she starts grilling me on why i could come into the office and goes Why? Are you sick or something?" "You cant even come in on Saturday?" I was so put off. She was terribly rude. She said everyone is super busy and its better if i just come in
