Very bed service, no any doubt. Most staffs are VERY VERY BAD attitude to everybody who want order money to exchange. Especially a woman around 30-35 year-old with glasses sitting inside. They come from Fujian Province, China.This company was forbidden serval times by China government so they always change their company name. Why it still open at here without any control and effective supervise?

It says currency exchange at the door so I walked in to ask for JPY rates. That woman just waved her hand and said no. I asked if no currency exchange or need to order the cash to pick up on the later date and she just said no and waved her hand telling me to leave. Horrible service! Doesn't even have basic customer service training!
