Great place to shop online, never had any negative experiences, staff always helpful when I had to contact them. Highly recommended store!

This place is amazing! It's probably the largest selection of just about anything gun, hunting and reload related that you'll find in London.The staff is really nice and knowledgeable. They usually have someone working there who is able to answer the niche questions one might have. There are often sales going on, so keep an eye out on their website.

Unfortunately have to write this.Ordered something and set it for pickup as I was heading that way on the weekend. Got the confirmation order has been placed, I then sent the EMT for the product and received an order #. A few hours later I send customer service a message letting them know the day and time I'll be there they'll assured me no problem, I'll put a note on the product and see you then.2 days later I get a call from them saying hey sorry we just sold your product due to our website not updating."I asked for clarification and got told "oh I'm just the messenger"I message the same email I sent customer service and they had no idea what I'm talking about. Then I asked for the refund and they tell me it'll take two weeks ( for their mistake). Customer service does more Digging around and found out that they themselves assisted the clerk in selling my item to someone else and told me sorry it came down to the seconds of everyone ordering at the same time?Then why the order #? Then why the note by the product ? And on top of that you sold an item already purchased. 2 days later ?Someone helped themselves to it is my only guess."

I once placed an online order here. They phoned me to tell me the item was out of stock, but they could ship me something even better at no additional cost. That pretty much sums up the quality of service you get at this store.When I shopped there in person, they were really helpful and patient. They were interested in selling me what I needed/wanted, not in making as much money as possible.

Very good customer service when talking on the phone with staff. Received item within a few business days when ordered online. My package was prepared properly to prevent damage through shipping.

I live in Toronto and never been to their store but ordered something online from them,It was a painless process with easy ordering process, the item was shipped from their store the same day with tracking number for a very reasonable shipping charge.Item received was as described.Very happy with my purchase and hope to visit their store one day.

Highly recommended. Very nice employees. I was at the store and told them i am new to guns they were super helpful and very informative. Then i called them a few weeks later, the same thing very welcoming attitude. I would highly recommend this store. They have a huge variety of products and a lot of inventory.

Excellent customer (or post customer) service. I ordered some items back in early 2021, and forgot about it. I recently got a call from BN about the now unavailable items. They called me to advise and how to handle the cancellation of the order (and refund/credit/etc.). I chose the gift card instead of the refund, to continue to support them, as I will probably order more items (and hopefully not forget!) :)Again, I *totally* forgot about this, and they could have simply not done anything; but they didn't. Thanks!

Bullseye North has been my favourite firearm sporting store since day one years ago! Website is easy to use and always updating. As for the store the staff have always been so nice to me! Its not just about the sale, they are happy to talk to you and its just like shooting the sh*t with some friends. I really can't say enough great things. They always have fair prices and can work deals! 11/10 very happy as always.Also was just there and got a new toy, Steve was an absolute delight! One of the nicest gentlemen I’ve ever spoken too and a great sales guy. In a world where everything is crazy, amazing customer service means the world! Thanks to the whole Bullseye team. This is by far the best firearms store I've been to. My boyfriend and I have been in a few times and find the staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent customer service! It was great to come in when our .22 had a misfire and case rupture - the staff were able to figure out the issue and guide us with next steps.We trust the staff and will continue to be loyal customers :)
