I really enjoyed working with Grace, Ahmad and Toronto Platinum Realty team. They were all very professional and experienced. Grace walked me through the whole process patiently and really understood our family situation. They referred me to a mortgage broker who was able to approve us for higher amount than the bank. They also negotiated a great price in a very competitive market.
