Nothing but amazing customer service, product is even better tasting than it looks.I had my eye on this place for some time and recently got a box of 16 flavors for my wife as a birthday cake.Its phenomenal how these little chocolates pack just a flavourful punch.It's hard to pick a favorite, I'm gonna need a few more visits ;)The people I dealt with from emails to in person pickup were nothing short of perfect and welcoming with smiles and great attitude.the products were wrapped with care and are handed off in a very luxurious bag.If I would rate higher I definitely would

The best chocolates I’ve had in Toronto. The bonbons are beautiful - each is a work of art both outside and inside. And they are so delicious. The flavours are unique and come through very clearly. I’ve ordered a few times now and have also given some as gifts, and everyone that I’ve shared these with, loves them also. I’ve tried chocolates from a few different chocolatiers in Toronto but these are definitely my favourite and I’m excited to try the new flavours they create.

Mellis chocolates were once gifted to me by a piano student. Subsequently, all other chocolate has been ruined to me forever!First of all, the visual presentation is stunning. You almost can't eat them for fear of ruining art! Then, you realize the chocolates are of the most imaginative flavours and textures and cannot stop yourself from sampling all of them. And finally, you have arrived at a crisis: the box is empty and you must wait until the next business day before ordering more.Séverine and Erwin go the extra mile making you feel like their most valued customer-- it's just who/how they are! Soon, the secret will be out and we will just be the lucky ones who knew them first...As a parting word of caution-- in my enthusiasm to share my fortuitous chocolate discovery I made the grave error of gifting Mellis chocolates to various friends and family members, who now collectively feel entitled to more whenever I visit. If I show up without Mellis, I'm in trouble! ;)

The most amazing chocolates in Toronto! They’re really really special. The fillings are crazy beautifully executed, every one a flavour journey, and so exquisitely beautiful. Luckily I live close, although I’d travel across the city to get them. Worth every penny and more. I’m so excited to have Mellis near to me.

All pale in comparison to the brilliant sparkle or the euphoria that your body will experience when these delicate chocolates touch your lips.In all seriousness, somehow the taste matches if not surpasses how good they look. Hands down some of the best bonbons in Toronto! I love Sév and Erwin's bonbon and bar flavors. They have perfectly thin shells, a well balanced flavor, and aren't overly sweet. Their branding and packaging is super cute and they are just the sweetest and nicest people ever! So if you're in theToronto area or in Canada and can have their chocolate shipped to you, DO IT! You won't regret it! Try all the flavors if you can, because they are so good!!!

Fancy bonbon chocolate that I found randomly while walking. It looked so shiny and beautiful, 10/10 for the looks as well as the taste. The staff was really friendly and nice when we were asking for recommendation. Price is reasonable, $3 per piece. We ordered 4 flavours but the staff only heard 3 and helped us to check out for 3 pieces of chocolate. That’s our fault cuz we did not pay attention while paying. After that, we asked the staff that we want to buy one more piece of peach flavour and he gave us for free. We were so surprised and offered to pay but he replied that “don’t worry, it’s okay”. Thanks for your kindness, we truly appreciated that. I will come back for sure to buy more since it’s delicious.❤️

These chocolates are the best I have ever had! The levels of flavour in each bite always give me pause and lift my spirits. The creators of these exquisite treats are truly gifted. I am always excited to come back and I will continue to return again and again.

Tasting is believing. This is definitely a hidden gem. Toronto has some good chocolate places. SOMA is so far the top. But this hidden gem impressed me. Each bite and taste makes me mouth watering. Chatted with owner Erwin for almost an hour. Good making comes from bottom of the heart. The couple have their passion to make distinguished chocolate in flavour, textures and presentation with a good balance amalgamating into the mouth. I would even say it can compete with SOMA for some of their chocolates. The owner commented source of ingredients is challenging but they try to source the ultimate great stuff from different countries to make their chocolate gourmet. And they did a great job. I definitely will support their business. It would truly be a treat to get a pack of 4, or 9, or 16 with reasonable price. The must try is Orange Blossom Pistachio.

So good! It’s hard to not eat all of them in one sitting. Employee was nice and packed mine with an ice pack since it was hot out and gave me a free sample. Will definitely come back here again!
