Frances and Balloons on the Go are extraordinary! They have provided us with balloons for all of our events and sales for many years and continue to do so because of their unmatched service. Frances is truly a great person. She is always willing to accommodate every one of our requests, no matter how last minute it is and her advice on the proper colour themes and arrangement for our different events really makes the showroom stand out! I would highly recommend Balloons on the Go because you will no only be receiving a great display of balloons no matter what the occasion, but you get someone who really cares about the experience you receive. Frances was amazing. I recently used this company for a large amount of balloons for a wedding. From start to delivery day they were prompt and punctual and the balloons were a big hit! Thanks for making this easy, I highly recommend.Sarah

I would give zero stars If it allowed me to. First I texted the company to ask if they were available on a particular date and they indicated that they were. I told them that I would call the next day with details. The next day Incalked and left a message and no one returned my call. The following day I called again as well as left a text message. No one got back to me. They obviously do not care about providing good customer service. Choose A balloon King instead!

Extremely disappointed with the customer service. Recommend not using this company. Very arrogant and rude. Highly unprofessional. Kindly up your staff and they should be well trained to deal with clients. Thank you!

Even after reading msgs they don’t care they dont reply and they don’t have manners to talk to a customer. After asking why they are are not replying they say they are busy. If you guys are so occupied please shut your business.

Amazing service and highly recommended! I have used Balloons On The Go for personal and business events. Yesterday I had a friends 40th birthday and what better way to celebrate then to send balloons to the office! Frances is AMAZING to work with and did an incredible job with the set up and keeping me informed on the delivery. If you have birthdays or special events, this is the company to use!
