Excellent experiences at New 2 You Liquidation!! Warehouse is clean, organized and pallets are untouched & labelled with prices. Polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing but the best advice when we purchased our first pallet and even more advice with our 2nd purchase!These guys are honest and prices are great. They are available almost anytime for viewing pallets and anytime for answering questions. All these things make us want to come back to this 'home-town' friendly and honest place!

I bought a BenQ Zowie XL2411K 24” Monitor at this store for $200 and was told they have a return window but when I called the day after the purchase to request a return because of quality issues with the monitor, the owner denied my request for return.When booting up the monitor the quality was terrible. The display wasn’t sharp and looked a fuzzy in certain spots. Even after setting the refresh rate to 144Hz, resolution to 1920x1080, and calibrating the display through the graphics card settings and the internal monitor settings the quality was still the same.I called the day after the purchase and requested to return the monitor because of quality issues and the owner of the store refused my request for returning and said, “You can get a pixel alignment” and “we only accept returns of damaged or defected products”. Basically saying, they don’t and won’t accept returns regardless of any issues with customer purchases even if the product was damaged or defected they’d say nothing was wrong with the item pre-purchased as they had unboxed it and turned it on and claimed the quality of the monitor to be “working as it should” without doing any research on what the quality of this particular monitor should look like.As for my experience with computers & hardware, I professionally build gaming desktops for clients and I am very familiar with what the quality of every product should look like, how it should perform, and put hours into doing very extensive research before buying hardware components.I would encourage others to avoid this place and would never recommend this store because of their flawed return policy and their lack of knowledge of their products.

Found the box spring that I’ve been looking for at less than half of the best price I found on other sites. Devin was responsive and the process was simple. Received the box spring in 2 days and it is exactly as advertised. Will be using this site again for sure.

I purchased a new" baby swing for my daughter the beginning of May I believe. She is now ready to assemble it

I went in knowing what I wanted and left happier than I expected! I bought an AC unit and the gentleman working carried it to my car and placed it in my trunk. 1 million starts for the customer service!! And the AC unit works perfectly!

Be very careful buying electronics or small appliances please! We work to hard for our money to support a business that sells products with a 7 day return!! Bought 2 microwaves for gifts when we went to use it it doesn't work at all!! I learned a lesson hoping to save somebody else the hassle!!! Merry Christmas! Spend your money with retailers who truly appreciate the sale and stand behind it!! There amazing response is as follows:I'm sure if and when you test the second one you'll see nothing is wrong with it, but thanks for the one star review on a small family run business who sells 250-300+ perfectly good items weekly with no issues, really speaks about your character :) Merry Christmas to you as well. Glad we could save you a ton of money on brand new product while having the best return policy of any liquidation store in Barrie and Orillia.

I purchased a double stroller and it was missing two pins to attach the wheels. I contacted New 2 You Liquidation and they were quick to respond and very helpful! They called Graco and were able to get the missing pins for me as soon as possible. They were very friendly and provided excellent customer service. Not to mention I was able to get the stroller at a fraction of the retail price! Highly recommend!

Bought my new pixel 7 pro and it was an excellent experience, all my answers were solved rapidly and it took only around 2 to 3 days to get the phone delivered, I would totally recommend it:)
