Not good customer service from staff at the office when a bus driver has done wrong. I actually don't think she did anything at all!!

Need better organized. So mutch route mistake. Alot of waste of gas.

The absolute worst service i had to run ehind the bus twice in one week in the pouring rain with my 6year old in the freezing cold raining morning last week and today bright Monday morning I am waiting at the bus stop at 7:12am the bus does not show up I then walk back to my home to call your bus service after I explain that I have been waiting for 25 min with my child at the stop the customer service operator (phylip bertrand) contacts the driver who says she came by the stop which is obserd there is no way in heaven and earth that this happened I am pissed and let phylip know that as well and he should check the gps tracker on the bus because this is crazy he puts me on hold and comes back after 5 mind saying that therrs no GPS tracker on that bus because the other bus broke down blah blah blah so our kid's are not safe on these buses because if the driver dissappear with our kids there's no way to track th down and no offense but she looks like she can dissappear with some kids I am not feeling my child is safe now, phylip bertrand then hung up the phone on my because to him it is Monday morning and he does not want to deal with this I guess I do and it is my job to deal with parents calling in and not his as histerical or yelling as I may be he has not tried to solve anything just trying to talk over me and thatbhe has to take the drivers word for i if ahe says she came by which is IMPOSSIBLE...I am at home sitting in tears with my child because of this i am so upset and this service is horrid and the agent is disgustingly rude his 20 plus years of customer service has turned him into an asswhole and he should be let go!

Waited 30 minutes for the bus the morning. Website said 10-15 late. After waiting 30 minutes I had to drive my own child to school.UNBELIEVABLE

I'm not sure about the company, but our bus driver is excellent and always on time. I was nervous about having our JK child go on the long ride to school, but knowing she is at the wheel makes it much easier for us. She is always aware and very friendly.

We have a wonderful bus driver that genuinely cares about the kids and will go out of his way to be helpful. He came to our house after normal hours one day to drop off my boy's schoolbag I love the text notifications for cancelled buses. I have had very pleasant and positive experiences with client service when making changes to my child's profile. I feel fortunate that my 5 year old is having such a good school bus experience.

Worst bus consistency we've ever seen this year, and terrible communications with parents.

My child was left off at her daycare by a substitute bus driver in the winter. She had told the bus driver that she was on the wrong bus (as they have two busses) and the bus driver let her off anyway. She was six years old and in grade one. Luckily a neighbour was home. She was terrified and crying and I was frantic trying to get to her. I let them know what happened and I was told it was my fault. Even with me telling them that she told the bus driver she got on the wrong bus. I'm glad my daughter was ok. But this situation could have been far worse. What a terrible response !!!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. The bus driver acted with immense negligence in regards to my 9 year old daughters drop-off and the transportation company has yet to follow up with me 3 weeks later. Her bus stop is near Appleford however my daugther was let off on Montreal and Bethamy a good 25 minnute walk from our address. Not only did this error happen no one was made aware of the incident. I came home around 4:15 to an empty house. My niece was to meet her at the bus stop.She thought she may have missed it and came home to go back out to the stop thinking then that it may be late. When i saw her without my daughter I called the school thinking she was returned there like the day prior. NO LUCK! I called the bus company wanting to know where my daughter was and no one knew anything. Keep in mind it is now past 4:30 and her drop off is at 3pm. They contacted the driver who then informed what stop she had been dorpped off at. My daughter was nowhere to be found. Everytime I made a valid point the bus driver would change his story. In the end every story/excuse from the driver should have resulted in a call to his superior which was never done. The cops had to be called. Finally my daughter was located and brought home past 5:30pm. VERY NEGLIGENT. Furthermore the next day at 3pm my husband and I received a call from the driver himself asking where to drop off my child because once again he didnt know. It's a good thing she had left with all our contact information that morning or who know where she would have ended up that night. I have put in a complaint as well as multiple calls to the company demanding a follow up and have yet to receive any sign of life from the transportaiton company. I have gotten the school board involved and still they ignore all our communication attemps. The safety and well being of our children are left in their hands you would think they would be a bit more deligent in ensuring their safe return home.
