Worse experience ever, came in on Saturday evening, no greetings on entering and just asked budget and showed 2 mattresses and went back sat on chair and did nothing. The other lady sat in the corner kept talking on her phone. After that i went on to ask for more, he didn't even get up from his chair. We started to talk with each other and he said nothing. Another customer came in, she greeted them and went on to walk with them of store. It horrible to see that. We started to leave, he just glared at us and giggled. Its the worst customer experience i ever had. Would not recommend to visit it.

My wife and I entered the moncton location near the old Costco. We were interested in purchasing a new mattress. We entered the store and no one was in there. No staff, no customers. We figured the staff was just busy for a minute or two. We headed over to the mattress we were interested in and tried it out. Still no staff. A man comes out of the backroom after a few minutes dressed in business attire. I can only assume it's a sales person or managerStares at us and then walks away. Not a word of acknowledgment. We decided to leave. No one ever came back out as we walked out the door. Guess business must be so good they don't need our 2500 bucks.

As promised, the mattress arrived this morning. Dave and Blair were great!!. Efficient, friendly, and courteous, set up exactly as needed. We have just moved, and our belongings have not caught up with us yet. Sleep Country went above and beyond to ensure we had a bed to sleep on, not just an air mattress!!. Thanks too all involved, and our sales person Leanne. We would definitely recommend your store to everyone. Ahh..for a good night's sleep!!

Sales support was top-notch! They helped us evaluate several sleep options and let us form our own opinion as to comfort while providing us with the technical aspects of each option. Sales closing was comfortable and without any pressure. Delivery was on time and totally satisfactory.One thing that we did notice and caused us some concern was that the unit delivered (while exactly what we had seen in the store) seemed much more stiff than we had expeienced. Upon discussing with the store representative, the solution became obvious and made sense. When their instructions were followed, we quickly resolved the concern!Solution: get on bed, get on hands and knees and crawl all around the mattress, repeat on occasion over next couple of weeks and feel the difference! WOW - that really helped!

The sales associate listened to our needs and showed us a variety of mattresses that fit the bill. We got a very good price on our selection. Delivery was provided as scheduled. After a few good nights sleeping on the bed we are completely satisfied. We recommend this store.

Selection and prices were fine. We ended up leaving within about 10 minutes as the two men working that night didn't look like they wanted to be there, and they definitely didn't care to listen to what we had to say or answer our questions.We had a relatively tight budget and had a bloom boxed mattress in mind (easier to carry out in a small car), but the man serving us immediately tried to sell us one of their most expensive traditional mattresses, cut us off and walked away while we were trying to talk to him, and got very rude with us when we said we weren't ready to buy from him.Unfortunately for him, because of his horrible attitude and poor salesman skills, we drove 10 minutes down the road to the Dieppe location, had amazing service, ended up buying a more expensive mattress than we anticipated and will definitely not return to the Moncton location!

My mother, who is 87 and my Dad who was 89, have had a terrible experience with Sleep Country at Champlain Street store in Dieppe, NB. They purchased a mattress set and there were lumps in the middle of the mattress. My dear mother was told to flip the mattress and maybe that would help. When that didn’t help she was ask to submit pictures of the mattress. She did that to the best of her ability and sent the picture in and they still refused to change the lumpy mattress. This back and forth has been going on for over a year now. My parents are not complainer and are really sweet people but just want to sleep in comfort. I find it very sad that in the final years of my parents life (my dad just has just passed) they have to sleep in discomfort. The last thing they ever wanted to do was go through an ordeal over a mattress. Can someone help please. I thought when I suggested Sleep Country they would be in good hands.

Staff is great to deal with. I went in this morning as my new bed isn't as comfy as I hoped (too firm) but I opted for their exchange program. Within a half hour we had a new bed picked, paperwork complete and it will be delivered tomorrow. Great turnaround times and service, thanks Sleep Country!
