Amazing view, the rooms are somewhat small, but I guess that's to be expected base on the location, staff could be a bit more friendly. Price is standard for the area, it's worth it though. Being home in less than 15 minutes, not having to pay for transit, or gas daily. Once again the view is amazing, and the building is well maintained.

It could be a good bypass when church st. is jammed.

We lived here for an year. The building is nice and well maintained. The resident and visitor parking is underground. Additionally, there are amenities like gym and swimming pool. However, swimming pool is shared with adjacent apartment building.Its at a major intersection, so can get noisy with traffic noise and emergency services siren noise.

Great security staff. Beautifull nice view units. Not a great place to park even before rush hour. As T.dot in general.

Good service, free parking lot.

Nice place for visitors spending time with the each other

I’ve lived in this building for 2 years and love it. It’s well managed, has good amenities and interiors are of good quality. The building has a sizable courtyard at the back which is very rare in this location.

Honestly worst building I’ve lived in in Toronto and I’ve lived in 5 apartment buildings in the city. Management is incredibly disorganized, the building rules are outrageous (Toronto is now fully reopened and yet they STILL only allow 2 people in the elevator at a time, yet elevators are ALWAYS broken /in service so there’s daily a massive lineup to catch a lift— plus we all mask up anyway so why limit this???), food deliver personnel are often treated with rudeness by staff, garbage shoots are often out of service, outdoor spaces are NOT well take care of...I could go on much more honestly. The only somewhat positive for me were a few of the concierges, there were 2 men in particular who were very kind and caring. Seriously, if you can avoid this building do it. I hate to post such a negative review, but I’m also not the only one that feels this way. My neighbors entirely agreed (I’ve since moved out, by the way). I tried multiple times to get in touch with management to express some of my concerns, never with any luck. Hey, may just be my opinion, to each his own and I understand this is a very hard time to run an apartment building downtown in the wake of Covid 19, but honestly, very poorly done.
