Georgian Court

We have so enjoyed living at Georgian Court. We have been living here for a few years now and my folks and I enjoy how close it is to everything in Burlington and that the community feels safe! The staff, especially Jodi have been very supportive and accommodating in any request or need.We love the amenities onsite also and have enjoyed the pool area in the summertime.

Absolutely love living here! love the sense of community, and that our little ones have so much space to run and play.

Went to property last week to see a property and the manager Jodie was so professional and friendly I have never been to a place and felt at home right away. When we walked around she smiled and said hi to everyone that pasted us.i have been looking for a family friend for a long time and I wish that it was me moving to this place. Thank you for giving me your time and smiling and giving all the information I needed and asked for. Great visit and the property looked so green and beautiful.

Been living here for years, a family oriented community. Friendly and helpful staff. Always on top of any maintenance issues.

What an amazing experience, starting from the first phone call to Georgian Court. Kandice is a true pleasure to deal with, everything went so smoothly.Everyone I have dealt with from the Property Manager to the Service Technicians, I can’t say anything more than WOW.I love living at Georgian Court, the community is beautiful. I want to end by saying to Georgian Court, keep doing what you are doing, you are all truly amazing.

I have lived in this neighbourhood for over 8 yrs now, and I can easily say that this is one of the few places a family can make a home out of in Burlington. The grounds and facilities are centrally located and cater to all levels of accessibility. There is ample green space and paths for kids and families to walk, ride and play. There are a few playgrounds throughout the property, as well as Basketball and Tennis courts, and pool with a splash pad. The upkeep of all these facilities is a lot of work, and has been getting better over the past few years.It is worth noting, that the property management team are the shining stars here. Having lived here as long as I have, I can also say that this was not always the case.The office staff (Jodi and Kandice), are always accessible, friendly, and can answer just about any question a tenant may have. They have a ton on their plate, and you would never know by their demeanour. They help to resolve issues professionally, and fairly, which is no small feat with this many residents.The Maintenance staff are super responsive, friendly and accommodating. It used to take months for simple work orders to be addressed but with Matt, Adam, and Ryan running the maintenance side of things, the level of upkeep is fantastic. I have not had a single request go unanswered or not have an update if it will take a while to get to it or to get the required parts/components, etc.The staff here are all super flexible and as many of them have pets themselves, they are very good about communicating entry times so that I can have my dogs secured for as minimal a time as possible.I think what really makes the team here work so well, is that they all work together to manage the community that they not only live in, but are also active members in. This was not the norm here when I moved in, and it really has made a huge difference to the living experience.

Kandice and Jennifer have been amizing, you both know how to help people, were very happy living in georgian court the neighborhood are very friendly and very quite community.We love the location as it close to everything.

My family have been long time residents of Georgian Court Estates. I think it is important to say that this is truly a fantastic place to live. Very family friendly, lots of amenities and the staff in the office are always so kind and helpful. If we ever needed help with anything, our request is always handled quickly and proficiently by the office. We enjoy the pool in the Summer and also the tennis courts. The entire property is always looked after. Truly a place you can call home!A big shout out to Kandice, Jodi and Mat! You all work so very hard. Thank you

Recent comer to the country and the experience I had with respect to anything be it office or the maintenance staff, is great so far. All the neighbors are also so kind and respectful of others.
