Cosmopolitan Salon and Spa

My husband & I recently celebrated 25 years married so decided to treat ourselves to a spa day. I found Cosmopolitan Salon and Spa online and booked our treatments. We both had a pedicure (done at the same time which was lovely) and then I had a Salt body treatment and John had a hot stone massage. Brian the owner was very nice and easy to talk to and informed us due to Covid we were the only clients there until our treatments were done! Yvonne who performed everything, was a lovely lady who gave us several healthy all natural tips while performing our pedicures and treatments. The spa itself is beautiful and super clean! I would highly recommend going to this spa if you are ever in Bobcaygeon.

Recently gave this spot a try at their new location, Eganridge Golf Course, and can say I was extremely happy with my choice! Amazing treatments (3hrs worth). Would highly recommend. It was a very clean spa and most importantly quiet and relaxing. I had Lindsay as a treatment provider and would highly recommend her! Definitely coming back.

Great service and a wonderful new location!

I had booked a hair colour and style for myself and my mom for our birthday’s, and we were beyond impressed! Billy was not only great company, but he did an amazing job on both our colour, cuts and styles! It was better than we had envisioned, not to mention the incredible views of sturgeon lake while getting pampered.I highly recommend! We will definitely be back to try some of their other services as well. Thank you again Billy! You’re a true gem!

Treated myself to a facial and pedicure today with Lindsey. She was amazing. Very accommodating to my needs and made sure I was comfortable during my treatments. Her technical skills are highly advanced. I will definitely be back!

I am deeply disappointed with my experience at this so called business. My husband purchased a $200 gift certificate from the golf course that houses the spa during the lockdown. He was told that it would be honoured after the reopening of the new spa. When I called a few months ago to book The Spa told me that they would no honour the GC because they were now an independent business that was only renting the space from the Golf course. After a few phone calls back and forth, the issue was resolved and I booked two services. I called ahead of time to remind that I was using a GC and they advised me to stop in at the golf course first to manage the GC. I also called to confirm my time because they didn't bother to make any confirmation calls or texts. When I got there the Golf course told me just to bring the GC to the spa and the spa said they will not honour it and that I needed to go back up. The Golf course manager escorted me back to the spa with the instructions on how to honour the card that had been agreed upon earlier. This time the man at the spa didn't even have the courtesy to come to the front desk to resolve this issue. He was unapologetic and dismissive. I want to make clear the Gail from Egan Ridge did everything she could to resolve this matter. I strongly urge you to spend your money elsewhere. One star is too many.

Brutal service. Have been trying to contact the spa for over 2 weeks to book a service while at Eganridge. the email on their website doesn’t work, nobody answers the phone or returns voicemails or facebook messages.
