Great store with a good variety and very well organized. But both time I went there, the owner was very condescending with me when I asked him questions.

We were on a trip through Canada from NE Ohio and stopped in for the kids (and I always like to look a bit, too.) Hockey is definitely the king here and Pokemon has a very strong showing, too. However, he has a lot of lacks from different genres and sports and my son is big on basketball. We all picked out some packs. My daughter pulled a HUGE Pokemon card and I picked up a Ja Morant rookie. It's always nice when you get some good cards, too!The owner could not have been nicer to us and was very helpful and talkative.I'd definitely go back if we lived closer!

The absolute best and most organized card store you will come across, I go often and it's almost a 2 hour drive for me to get there but well worth it. A perfect fit for my needs!

Weirdest experiece I have had at a card store.Great spot to grab Ultra Pro supplies, easy parking in back, very clean and organized. Nice bright store with lots of display cases. They carry a lot of full sets (and display them in vertical showcases) so I assume they have a strong customer base for them. You don't really see that much anymore in card stores... sort of a throw back to the early 90's style card store. Good selection of packs and boxes. Pretty heavy on Upper Deck but that has become pretty standard everywhere unfortunately. The card showcases were pretty weak. Most seemed half empty and it was a real mixed bag of cards. There were definitely some 'museum pieces'... nice to look at but the pricing on them was ridiculous so they have sat for years. In fact I remember seeing unique cards that I saw there years ago... Carey Price here's looking at you. There was a small section of Senators cards off to the side but again a real mixed bag of stuff. They were missing all the key cards that would interest most casual collectors and the stuff they had was so random it's doubtful you find something you went there looking for.Okay the weird part (which still feels weird). They have a massive wall of monster boxes all organized. The weird part? You cannot look at anything in them (even with staff handling them) and if you ask they brush you off and say they probably don't have it. I was inquiring about cards from last year and cards that were released 2 months prior and they refused to look at the box which was marked with the set I wanted. I thought the guy was kidding at first but he wasnt. It was so weird that my kids were making fun of him when we left. I have actually heard this before about this carf store but it's really something to experience. Almost a sorry those are reserved for our top customers only feeling. Totally felt like he didnt need my money and didnt care if I bought anything or found anything that I wanted. Guys buy some Ikea curtains and rods if people asking about it (literally most of the cards in the store) is considered a hassle. It's unfortunate but there just seemed to be a general lack of effort. If they only care about moving high ticket boxes and that works for them, whatever. But they are limiting the amount of customers they will develop and definitely what people spend. After the way I was treated I almost felt obligated to not spend much so I only spent a couple hundred dollars on a box, some supplies, and a Pokemon ETB. The ETB was missing the hits (hit code cards but zero hits in the box) so I am not sure if that is a store issue or a Pokemon issue... which apparently happens with the set we bought. Regardless, it was an overall very underwhelming experience, especially at a small business. Also, no awareness or effort to have 'whats hot' at least from a inventory standpoint, little to no excitement, no clearance, etc. Will probably only go back if I need supplies and I am in the area.

Best sportscard store in the Ottawa/Gatineau area by far. Biggest inventory by far and best prices. Also he's the most knowledgeable of all the owners
