I was looking for help loosing weight I had put on in the past few years. Despite working very hard, the results were not coming. Kim is open, understanding and helped me deal with my anger and frustration. Her approach of loving yourself thin was what I needed to get me feeling and looking better. Definitely worth it!

Kim knows what she is doing. As a client I might come up with something I want to work on but she always know the root cause and it helped me heal faster. I went to her twice and never needed anymore sessions after that. Totally recommend her in lower mainland.

Kim's Hypnotherapy
My experience with Kim was a very comfortable and safe one. Often times when we are seeking help for any reason we reach out of our comfort zones and feel un easy. Kim had a very personable and kind presence which allowed my to relax and be comfortable. When you are able to relax and be comfortable you are able to receive the benefits of hypnosis. It's like a deep restorative mediation which helps unwind and reprogram the unconscious mind. It worked for me and I would highly recommend Kim for your hypnotherapy.
