Great staff. Easy to talk to. Very professional. Been a costumer here for a while now. Always honour the appointment times. Rarely have to wait, and if I do get to wait it’s not more than 5 minutes. Overall great service. Will recommend!

Incredibly rude receptionist that lacks professionalism. Waited to be checked in and had to wait for the receptionist to leave a personal call. When finally able to check in, was told my appointment had been lost".Edit: The receptionist has called my personal number in response to this review

The doctor is super nice and helpful but the receptionist she is so rude never in positive attitude. I had my root canal from the doc he was so calm, I didn’t feel any pain but when I made a appointment for X-ray for follow up, receptionist calls nd says their X-ray machine is not working and she will call me when it’s good to go, which till today she never called and when I called her to book a appointment she was so rude. I will just go back to them because of the doctor but their need to have a talk with receptionist.

Love the dentist and his assistant but the receptionist was awful. I going to try another dentist due to this. I’ve seen the receptionist be rude to others also including other customers and to even the dentist assistants! I already don’t love going to the dentist so I don’t want to encounter her treatment ever time I go also. But I can’t repeat enough how good the dentist and his assistants are!

I had been going here for almost 7 years. Dr. Ihor and all the other staff are all great and amazing with the exception of the receptionist which is why I stopped coming here. I took a day off work for a scheduled appointment only to be told that I wasn’t scheduled. Mistakes do happen I understand but instead of politely conversing with me, the receptionist (she) was super rude and resorted to insults. My wife had similar unpleasant experiences with her in the past but we shrugged it off but this was the final straw for us. I love this place honestly but I can’t deal with that bad, negative energy so I’m done.

There is one lady at front table maybe she is receptionist there so she got this weird attitude I don’t know what does she think of her self ! She should treat me better ! But I remember I talked with her three times and that was the worst someone ever treated me ! I don’t know what’s her problem but she need to treat people better ! It’s not just one time i got that attitude and also she was making some faces like all two time i visited there ! Also i have an appointment next week let’s see how she talks with me this time !But also doctor there and the assistant of the doctor was the best !

Great team! The only dental office I’ll ever go to willingly. The receptionist is a doll and the highlight of my visit! I could shoot the breeze with her all day. She has, 3 times now, accommodated me on very short notice when I’ve been a baby about pain/discomfort. The whole team remembers me, the ongoing plan for my teeth, they describe all procedures, take time to teach me something new, and, all the while, they keep me from freaking out. Wouldn’t go anywhere else; it is like going to visit your pals… only these pals rip your teeth out of your head…
