Wasn't able to respond to the reply I got to my last review so I am leaving another review. The ongoing issue is not with your policy not to provide receipts but with the confrontational and offensive behavior of your employee. The fact that you did not even address that issue in your reply is very problematic. Clearly, this is a pattern of behavior for her as I am not the only one who has experienced this. I would like to know what actions you are going to be taking against this employee. At this point, if no action is taken we can assume her behavior is supported and accepted by Purolator.

Fantastic and knowledgeable staff. This goes right along with years of past extensive experience of multiple Purolator locations.It was a pleasant surprise to see that Purolator's HR is still very good at hiring excellent customer facing personnel. It's been a while since I was in Purolator's on a daily basis.

Very bad experience. I bought a new phone from workplace and purolator has to delivered it to my home address on Oct27,2022 today.There are no messages of any updates or delivery status, and today morning i got the message that your package is at warehouse and you have to pick it up by yourself because they came to door and nobody opened it. My girlfriend was actually at home and she was about to open the door and those guys left without notice. Worst company i have ever seen.

The customer service lady was very passive aggressive. Didn't give a $!&^# about helping me find my package. Walked away from the counter and left the conversation before we even had a chance to ask what to do next. Super rude.

I have been going to Purolator for Amazon returns since the post office was no longer an option. It is very inconvenient as it's across town. I have always requested a receipt for my drop-off items. This was not an issue until recently. The last time I was there, the girl indicated they no longer print receipts. I insisted on getting one. She reluctantly printed it. Tonight, it was the same thing. I am well aware there is a tracking #. Please do not insult me with the process.However, there are always human errors and issues with technology. I want a record that my items were dropped with date and time.The lady was very rude. I was not upset. I just explained that I insisted on the receipt.I had a bad experience with that location before. I returned a broken lamp, and it took 3 weeks before I got my refund with Amazon.I am not going through that again.When the post office scanned the items, I had the refund in a matter of days.The customer service at Pinebush is lacking. How much time does it really take to print a receipt? Are we worried about the paper and ink?If the customer wants a receipt, then we should get one hassle free without the attitude and judgment.The girl that was there last time was there again today and was very rude and spoke up to indicate I gave her a hard time last time. I think perhaps it was the other way around.Asking for a receipt is not earth-shattering. Sorry that I spoke up when I didn't agree with your policy. So perhaps just look after the customer and do your job with a smile.

I go in regularly to this location and am always offered the highest level of service. Today I came in around 12:45 and was helped by an employee who went above and beyond even offering me a coupon for a chance to win. Thank you for making my shipping so easy and for putting my need first!
