Called to inquire about storing my trailer here. The lady was somewhat pleasant on the phone. Went down to check the facilities and decided not to rent there. I called back to let her know that I would not be taking the spot and she turned from Dr. Jekyll to Hyde. Do not rent from this place. Gave me a really bad feeling.

We arrived to pick up our Uhaul car trailer and discovered that the Uhaul truck wiring didn't activate any trailer lights. Alistair (Ali) spent the next 2 hours (after normal business had closed) to re-wire the trailer and get it working. Very nice man and excellent at customer service. He went out of his way to show that 'old school' job commitment and kindness still exists. Many thanks.

Nice people very helpful certainly helped me de stress at a very hectic time. Reasonably priced and maintained. I'd use them again and that is the best recommendation there is.

Very rude phone manner. Directly refuse to provide list of prices. Finding out sizes available is like pulling teeth. Unprofessional and rude. Should not run a customer service business if they do not like customers.

Went there for a rental. I showed the attendant what I wanted and went thru all the paperwork. Then was given the number to the unit. They gave me the wrong one. Then they said take this one and we'll change paperwork. I got that one ready then went in and they said couldn't have that unit. Had to get another unit. OMG. Couldn't organize anything. Old equipment or the employee didn't have a clue what they were doing.

Quite possibly the worst customer service and scheduling I have ever seen in the Lakeland area. Booked a U-Haul trailer 2 days in a row at this location, only to find out both days that they never had it in the first place. No answer on the phone from the owner after calling several times. Wouldn’t recommend anyone do business here, even if it was their very last option.

The old manager Kathy was harsh. I had to deal with the owner to solve any issues but the new manager Jesse has been great so far.

I rented a unit for 28 months and was paying twice the rate. When I asked for a receipt at the end of my rental term, they stopped communicating with me. I never received a receipt. Not a professional or trustworthy company.

We had our trailer parked there for exactly one month. Upon return to get our trailer out for the long weekend in May 2016 we found that the trailer that was parked beside us was moved over closer to us where we could not even walk between the trailers to remove the chucks.The owner of the company is very rude. We called to tell her that we would no longer require the spot and asked is she needed anything in writing and barked at my wife and said nope she has noted the phone call". We had paid in advance 2 month rental along with a $75.00 deposit and understood that we would lose the rental money but would have the deposit returned. I was informed tonight with talking to the owner and again encountered her rudeness and she stated we would not be reimbursed anything. This company does not conduct business in a appropriate professional manner. STAY AWAY as she will rip off you too!!!. I have pictures of the two trailers together as proof. Ensure you question how explains the rental process as she is not very clear!"

Paid to store my motorbike for 6 months. Scammed me out of my $100 deposit because I forgot to notify them 30 days in advance that I was picking my bike up at the end of the contract period. Will never go back, will never recommend.
