Shoppers Drug Mart

My daughter and I have both had bad experiences with the young man who works behind pharmacy counter. Called to let the owner know about the experience and the girl I spoke to was rude and hung up on me. Horrible service. Go elsewhere.

One of the pharmacist , is rude and not professional. His indian guy.We love shoppers, we are always get our prescription, there. Surprising this guys what he act.

I’ve been using shoppers pharmacy for a long time, but recently it has been awful. They don’t even start getting my perception ready until I go in/call multiple times. I’ve had to wait days just to get my medication from here. Considering switching to another pharmacy for my own health and safety.

Very Rude front staff..They even mixed up my wife’s medication with another person. Luckily I double checked it before walking away. When I brought this up to the front staff, she quickly took it and switched with the right medication but not even a single word of apology. I wonder what my wife was going to take if I would not have checked it. Really disappointing experience. Please check you medication before walking away as the staff does not. I do not recommend anyone to go there.

Pharmacy department---Busy workers but they manage to take phone calls with prescription refills. They do what they can to accommodate everyone.

This was my go tó place for meds. But some young guy answered and just Screwed me at of around on the phone ( I bad to call back 4/5 times, he kept hanging up and stuff like that) now I'm changing pharmacies and I'm worried about getting all the meds I need for my bad heart...they might be childish and take a couple out and I won't even notice...this depressingB's isn't any good for my heart

Chantelle was Amazing with our family. Our oldest daughter is deaf and non verbal and she was patience and wonderful. Pictures were awesome. So glad I checked reviews before we went was a blessing because we were going to go elsewhere, but the reviews were not good at all. Thank you for the amazing customer service, you went above and beyond.

For your own health and safety, avoid this pharmacy. I have been attempting to get my prescription for over a month, and finally had to switch pharmacies in order to get it. First, a pharmacist wanted to half my prescribed doses (of a medication I have been on for six years), and I had to contact my doctor to tell them that this is not what I wanted. Then, each time I called to pick it up, they stated that the doctor had either declined the refill or had not faxed it back (but could not tell me which). Each time I contacted the doctor, for them to tell me they faxed the information to receive my refill days prior. The one time they were willing to give me an emergency refill, they misfiled it and could not locate it when I arrived. Almost every pharmacist I have talked to has been rude, arrogant, and uncaring of customer needs. If you’re looking for a good pharmacy, choose somewhere else.

Horrible place to get your prescriptions filled gave me no notice in an insurance pop up check and I was left with no meds Uncaring and uncompassionate horrible (doesn’t even deserve the one star I have to put to post this)

Save yourself some time and go somewhere else! I have not been through this store without waiting for at least 10 minutes in line, not because there has been a huge line, but because it is SLOW! I finally make it to the till and the teller tells me to peel the back off the gift cards so she can scan it (apparently that isn't her job?) Then when I go to pay she informs me that I cannot use visa in a tone so condescending that I left and will NEVER return. First three times with a wait over 10 minutes in line, no need to leave a review as it is probably just busy. Fourth time where I get blamed for wasting my time? I'm done.
