I would highly recommend Wireless World Canada as they have helped me repair my electronics multiple occasions. They're incredibly knowledgeable and friendly with your best interest in mind.I went to other repair shops and they told me it was either going to be ridiculously expensive or that I should just replace my electronics outright. But they repaired my phone and laptop at a very affordable price and were always honest with me telling me what they can/can't do.

ALWAYS helpful and gives it to you straight. When I think I’m going to be offered lower, he always surprises me with a higher offer. Plus, he’s very trustworthy. They all care about their customers/clients! Won’t go anywhere else!

Was so impressed with service I received. I’ve been to other phone repair places and was not impressed. These guys are very knowledgeable and helpful. This is the only place I will go to for help with technology from now on.After replacing the battery on my iPhone and finding it still was crashing. I took it back and Demitri helped me a number of times before he decided that it would cost way too much to repair, so he credited me with the price of the battery towards a newer phone. He helped me transfer my old phone over to the new one and made sure everything was working properly before I left the store with it.

What else do I say besides WOW!!!Brought three iphones to trade in (after what felt like endless battles on Facebook marketplace), and had an amazing experience.Within 10 minutes Dimitri checked the phones out, and I was able to give me an e-transfer/cash on the spot. Simple and easy. I will never be selling my electronics on marketplace ever again, only coming here.People of Guelph, if you have a phone to trade in come to them directly. Don’t waste your time on marketplace. They’re friendly and won’t low ball you. Good guys!Also make sure to check out their newest addition with Brodies games!! They have a massive collection of retro games, you can’t miss out on this. Some gems in there. 10/10 recommend!
