TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Probably the worst TD branch in GTA. Under staffed and not organized. Simple task here takes hours to resolve...

All the tellers were working which made the line move faster, my teller Adam was so incredibly helpful! Helped me so much and has great customer service he should be promoted to whatever is above his position, 5 stars will definitely keep coming to this location

This is not bank it's a FACTORY for loosing your time&money and disrespecting clients !My card &account was blocked and I spent 2 hours calling some FRAUD line ,the guy who was working in this branch, Nele, looked like I'm bothering him or taking his valuable time ,he let me to CALL on my mobile to have a BREAK for coffee while chitchating with colegues about how to swipe shifts tomorrow in order not to work! Their support line of FRAUD department is bussy and they ask you HOLD position for 1 dayLet me tell you something if I hold position for 2 days declaining CAD/US$ I'm a millionare. This BANK and country is in FREE FALL ,when I told this to other disrespectful white lady in her 50 th in this branch, she was sending me home call from home in comfort ensuring me I don't need ti go back to branch ,I reached the free agent next day and they told me go to back to branch! This is catch 22 and CRYSTALIC idiocy. I 've never ever seen in my life smthg kike this banking in 7 countries and living in 5 Neel at the desk telling you bro: I don't know wher is your € account!! "! You calling customers BRO? -I was sending 20k€ as a test here to my account -and wanted to do 250k€ transaction next time but IMMEDIATELY after I'll unblock my account and check my received payment I'm CLOSING MY ACCOUNT with TD!.I came here in order to have better services but after 1 week no THANK YOU.Never ever !Best thing is :NO ONE CARES! AND THEY PROUD OF THEMSELF ok so be proud and die in poverty and misery bancrupcy without clients where you deserve !"

The worst brach of TD bank. I Deposited $890000.00 and the costumer service from Jeremy(Teller) was the most garbage that I ever had. I asked for manager(Jay sen) and he didn’t even care to come and talk to. The worst part was when I told them I will write a review they act like they dont even care. Im trying to close my TD account asap.

I visited this place multiple times and employees are very helpful at any moment! Always walk out with full services you can get!!

This branch is the most awful and toxic TD branch.The customer experience manager Caroline Rosin is extremely unprofessional, arrogant and disrespectful. She called me to pick up my credit card earlier. During the call, she did mention to me that I need to bring two government issued IDs. But the problem is she didn’t mention one of the ID must be passport. So I assumed driver’s license and health card would be sufficient enough. When I arrived in the bank and ask for my card. She said she can’t give me the card because one of the ID must be passport. So I questioned her why she didn’t mentioned that in the phone. And she keep denying it and said she mentioned that explicitly and avoid taking any responsibility regarding miscommunication. I then asked for the phone script to investigate the issues and she said she didn’t record it and asked me: do you have the phone script? What kind of attitude is that? Unbelievable!I was so upset and asked her supervisor to come out and resolve this issue and she said arrogantly that: I am the manager. And other employees around her also saying that she is the manager. I said several time and asked for her manager and she keep saying that I am the manager, that moment makes me feel like I can’t complaint to anyone else but only to her, which is nonsense!!!!!!! In that situation, I feel like I was being isolated and bullying by their group. And I asked for her direct supervisor and she refused to gave me the contact. Instead she gave me some other people’s contacts. One is her contact and the other two are investment consultants but the funny thing is none of them on the name card is showing as branch manager and I know for sure no one I can talk to resolve my complaint. At the end, she asked me to come back tomorrow and the manager, who i don’t even know the name would be there.Anyway, this branch is extremely toxic and I don’t understand why given so many negative reviews but still nothing changed?Extremely disappointed and never come back again.

In general, I am satisfied with this branch where I work with business banking. especially the business banking manager Mastaneh Norooz-Zadeh is a real professional. She is a very kind and friendly person who knows his job very well. I have been working with her for 5 years. She listen my every request and tries to help me in the best way possible. I think this person should be a value for TD bank. I would like to thank the branch and this Person.

I always come to this branch almost every week. Everyone here is so helpful and professional to meet the customer’s needs.I would like to give special thanks to Jay, Caroline, Hamed,, Ayala, Jeremy, Luke, Courtney, and Sara for their wonderful service.I like to say thank you to all the associates working here since their service is always give me satisfaction to the core!

Why is your machine outside never in service - let alone TD locations restrict access to the atm machines, new renovation seems backwards.Basically give clients a broken machine and force everyone to go inside rather than off to the side?

Horrible service huge line up and only 2 person working and after a long time waiting they told me sorry we can't do this amount for you bank has no money only 5k is inside bank sorry come back tomorrow for 2000more that I needed
