Transferred money to my brother. When he received they demanded 15 CAD for cash. He had to pay to receive the transfer.Dear. I'll tell you more. You promised him a transfer to a card for $15. But then they decided to go to the bank and get cash. They still charged $15. There is no clause anywhere in the terms of the transfer that you cover your costs at the expense of the recipient. I paid for the transfer at the time of sending. You are not doing us any favors. You are performing a paid service. And RIA should compensate you for your losses. I also filed a complaint there.
