There are some good employees left but the majority of them don't know what they're doing. This location has gone downhill since the new owners. Sorry to say. We used to go multiple times a day. We try not to as much now. My fiance and I both get items off the menu (he gets triple triple coffee and I get a london fog) and a lot of the times it's disgusting. If it's on the menu, ALL staff should know how to make it. That's not the case. Sometimes there's too much vanilla. They constantly run out of products. The good staff definitely deserve kudos for sticking it out there.

It closed very early and the people working there" seemed to be to be more busy chatting and it didn't seem like there was anybody with any sort of superiority or could help them correctly use the till. I've got little to no experience but by using my cellphone

Staff was quite short patience. I was in to get my receipt on an order, and they tried several times to decline me. As I was waiting, another lady came in with a complaint on her food and was treated the same. Was no need for how they acted. I usually don't write bad reviews, but I have a minute to do so, and they definitely left a sour taste in my mouth.

Who ever is hulk smashing the bagels... please stop. What did the bagels ever do to you? They are weak and under toasted with too much cream cheese. They can't take the abuse.

Very busy location which I find to be interesting as an atmosphere. However, it's busy because this is absolutely the slowest coffee/donut shop/fast food place you will ever encounter whether you drive through or go in.

Consistently under deliver. Not sure what’s up with this location. Also noticeably cutting corners compared to other locations just to save some costs, but delivering poor/cheap products. Also the 100% don’t believe in customer service. Want to feel like just a number? Come here.

Driving by when we noticed only 1 car in the drive thru so we made a last second decision and pulled in thinking this will be quick ...no line....pulled up to the board to give our order and there we sat and sat and sat! Saying hello excuse me anybody in there finally pulling up to see if we could see anyone inside and sure enough we did, so we reversed and wAited some more until last chance we gave and they responded without a sorry for the wait. Nothing! Not a single thing just Hi can I take your order ..we only got coffee and yup it was worth the wait and we made it to our destination just in time. So it worked out well!

Slow, very slow. The can't handle more then one car in the drive thru and make you wait after taking your order and need to always check if they have something . Always more then one staff member just standing around doing nothing while the line up of cars goes onto the busy street. This isn't just once in awhile it's everyday. The staff can seem to get it together or orders right ..by far the worst Tim Hortons ever . Very disappointed

We go there every morning and grab coffee. They can't seem to scan the app on the phone. We told them we had a free coffee she told us no we did not. I got no points on the sale. They have no idea how to do the job. Very sad service.What happen to customer service in Canada.
